Unfortunately it is 2021 and visuals are very important my friend. Btw, I like the name, good luck with it! :)

A week ago the biggest deal in Lounge history has occurred as @Ferthis purchased all shares of @Velo for $320,000,000. Under the terms, Mr. Ferthis now owns 8% of company's equity and joins the Board of Directors. This deal also raises Lounge's post-money valuation to $4,000,000,000 which is the record in server and company's history. Note that, the highest equity purchase deal until this date was $80 Million by @Sam-B As a CFO and Co-founder of the company it is an honor for me to experience such a milestone together with the team. There is no doubt why all other shareholders voted "yes" for @Ferthis and we all believe he is another trustworthy person which will bring our company forward. His donations from last year proved how much he believes in the idea and cares the entertainment of the server. I am personally happy to welcome him on board and looking forward working with him together on great ideas. It is now our job to prove that he made the right decision by investing not just in the company but also the whole team of Lounge VC :)

I've read everything in the topic, I like how you could "brand" your identity in a few sentences. However, you can't simply put "Network" on your name and have different RP roles especially if you are aiming to have a spawn in the end. Bear in mind that GM team is looking for unique idea. Yes, idea being "unique" is a matter of perspective, for some people "network" idea can be very interesting for some not. It is all up to you, how you present it. For example, I am not sure what kind of things will your Technology Department do if you get your spawn, or without it. But in the end, it has a potential to become a big venture, I like Business Department's role, it is very cool and unique, but due to lack of Stock market in SAES their main job will be doing real estate only. And the same goes to Marketing Department, it seems like their main job is to host events, so, what is the value you offer to the people of Marketing Department here? Why should people join Hermes's marketing department? To host events which they can already do themselves or something else? It is good to see having entrepreneurial groups opening in the server. As you can see I had some negative and very positive comments in the end, but mostly I like the idea overall. And if you have ideas about stock market thingy, I am also on it to create one in SAES. Hit me up and maybe we can start it together :)

Plus, for an old/respected community like SAES i don't think going through small developers (cheaper cost) to go and work on core resources will be possible and for "respected" developers i don't think the cost will be affordable. In addition to the previous argument working on saes resources won't be possible for a random developer unless he gets trained to ensure his skills, that's why roles like Contributor (PENsource previously) exist for most of people that ever wanted to script for SAES. To me the unique solution is to hire someone to fix those temporary problems and then just monitor/track the server behavior with the Dev team SAES has at the moment. However, as @Howlze and several other people mentioned, the codes that SAES has requires a deep "learning" phase which will be a trouble if we go with the Freelancer way. Seems like HQs and Dev team has a real challenge here recruiting a trusted person to the clan. But all in all, it looks like they worked free for a while now and we should respect that.

Just look at this topic and see how many people are trying to get use of this conversation and see potential to get inside the clan. Nevertheless, it is not impossible to find someone when it comes to money. Temporary problems can be solved with freelance devs and then we have our own developers to monitor and keep the things on track.

Spawning at our office in one of the tallest buildings with our culture written on the wall... This is very emotional checkpoint for me. It was a dream since 2017 and we have recently received our 2nd chance to become official by the GM team. It all started with only 25M investment from @System31 and @Daster.
