I agree on what you mostly agreed on and I'd suggest changing the bank's interior mapping. Improving the BR payment for criminals regardless of how many cops are in-game(randomly between 15k-30k per cracked safe). Removing the 5 cops rule since it is pointless, if we consider 5 cops being in-game, the average are going to be AFK / Won't respond, Or perhaps lower the player count to <=20 instead of 40.

I don't know how to remove the layers honestly, I tested the wrap in SF and in a local server and it seems to work fine. If it bothers you this much, close the topic and sort the other requests, will request back once I get time to make another one.
