Good day, sadly there was not a lot of participation on this one so I will just give the answers. Either Alexis or Rieeria would be the only ones who could solve at this point. Also I would like to let you know this RP keeps going ingame, just the event part investigation is over. So below the answer to everything: THE QUESTIONS: Why was LS bank attacked? It was a mistake manoeuvre, Arthur Arrived late not knowing what to pick up Why did the LV landslide happen? It was a distraction to attract a Gov member Why was Erik Estrada kidnapped? Meant to obtain information What were Whestone facilty targets? Sherman Dam among others How is John Blunt involved in the story? He was paid to asses Government presence in Whestone What was the purpose of WH riots? Distraction Why did not the dam break completely? Explosives lost in LS bank Who was the trucker who escaped the fire? Arthur Blackwood Where was the truck destination? Whestone facilities THE STORY: The conspiracy is looking to de-stabilize San Andreas. The main plan was to destroy Sherman’s dam, causing a huge crisis in the nearby counties and making the Government weak and easy to throw off the power. The van with the explosives provided by the minds of the plan was supposed to be picked up by Arthur Blackwood at LS bank 1st of September 18:00 and brought to Ivan Petrenko near Sherman’s dam. A small delay by Arthur caused that the long stay of the van near the bank made it look suspicious. The authorities found it and the explosives. In this moment the organizers called Arthur to cancel the pickup and the explosives were activated with a countdown. After their explosion these resources could not be used later on for the attack. After such a failure of the plan, the organizers needed information whether or not their plan was now known to the Government. This is the moment a landslide was made in LV, hoping to bring Government personnel attention, which it did. Erik Estrada, who came to supervise the work, was kidnapped by CLO. Since they noticed no information would be obtained from him, they asked for a money ransom. Once again CLO was contacted to establish the missiles facility in Whetstone, through the intervention of the Russian Government. The target of the facilities was once again Sherman Dam and other vital objectives. The objective was the same, destabilizing the Government of SA. Nonetheless facility was found before expected and destroyed. Arthur Blackwood, who was delivering fuel to the facility was given the order to destroy the truck, and he faked a crash into a tunnel. Conspirators contacted John Blunt later, to assess the Government presence in Whetstone and determine whether or not remains of the facility could be recovered. In the end the plan was pushed forward and a distraction was created with a protest in the White House. Shortly after this the real attack happened in Sherman’s dam. After the fight with the responding emergency units, the explosives were detonated, but the lack of them due to LS bank issue led to the dam being only damaged. To be continued... What is this about summed up?: This is an event that will extend through several days until there is a winner where you will need to roleplay and use your intelligence to give answer to the following questions: Why was LS bank attacked? What on earth do these questions refer to?: They are all related to the RPs made from 1 September posted here: https://saesrpg.uk/forums/forum/472-roleplay-centre/ How do you find the answer to the questions?: Part of the answer for the questions is already on the small descriptions of the topics, yet you will not need them to complete the task. There are 4 characters that will give you answers if asked the right questions which are listed below. Please note you need to approach them in a RP way and ask questions so you can get the proper answers. Lies are kept to the very minimum so you can actually resolve the scene. Keep in mind: Usage of violence and authority may make the characters give you more information. On the other hand excesive usage may cause them to refuse to give information. All characters are more prone to give information to the police than any random man in the street. I will be taking the role of these characters from time to time ingame. Today a protest happened by the sex workers in the White House demanding better treatment by the police officers of Los Santos. Thing ended up in riots. Later today the Sherman's dam was threatened by a terrorist group. They wanted the release of 2 of their comrades from prison. A worker, who later happened to be one of the terorrist had been taken as hostage. Later on, a firefighter who showed up at the place in response to the emergency was taken as hostage too. The fast response of SAi started negotiations. Eventually they took the lead and managed to take down two of the terrorists. Sadly due to the pressure, terrorists detonated the pressures and caused minor damage in the dam and killing everyone inside. ZIP is currently fixing the damaged areas

Today's evening was saved by the fast work of SAFD and SAi in the tunnel under LV-LS highway. A truck which transported fuel crashed and later started leaking, leading to a dangerous fire. After a long work by SAFD the fire was extinguished and the tank emptied. A man driving a car was also vicitim of the accident, as he arrived before emergency services and crashed into the truck stuck in the road. He later died due to his injuries despite medical efforts. Later on, in Whetstone, part of the town hall initiative to bring tourists, a route was set up with some people. As it is mandatory in Whetstone the most random characters showed up. SAFD medical unit looked after the attendants. Trip ended with a group photo.

Today San Andreas was heavily threatened. A emergency meeting was called in The White House in order to prepare for this upcoming issue. Representatives of the Government agencies, squads and the army were invited to the meeting. The imminent danger required a fast response. A facility had been set up by the Cubans, as it would be known later, which was capable of firing missile to several critical targets in San Andreas. Due to the threat it meant, Desert Eagles took command of the operation of recon and destruction of the faciliy. Meanwhile Secret Service coordinated the radio and served as a link to the state troopers (SAI) who assisted in clearing the town of Angel Pine and evacuating the citizens. After a smooth operation, the faciliy was destroyed with explosives and the area was cleared of enemies. A investigation is being undertaken to determine how the facility could have been installed without previous notice and the army and Gov agencies are still in alert.
