While riding down LV-X there was a man who was driving a green NRG with an all orange jumpsuit on. When I stopped the man,and asked why he had on the jumpsuit,he said that it was just an outfit and he had nothing to do with the jailbreak that occured. We detained the black male and while we were about to detain the immigrant we patted him down and found a gun in his waistband that was illegal.
