Define our role (FOX): The role of Fox Operations X is to protect civillians from every possible criminal threat and activity. One of their priorities is eviedence research as well as investigation. Define marker arrest: Marker arrest would be an arrest perfomed once a criminal threat enters or exits the building and is stuck in the marker, once the cop arrests the criminal threat who is stuck in the marker he perfomed a marker arrest.
