I totally agree with @AdemBygt as i can see every criminal is in gang or already applied for someone recruiting new members its kinda hard, we all want to have skilled and loyal members but thats impossible which gets us to invite nonskilled players just to fillful the requirements its better to have 20 good skilled members than 20 other retards which wont do anything for it. And about the cop side as @SAFP-Stone said i suggest to add more scripts which will make the cop side more interesting and start interest people to join squads etc. Theres nothing to do to make gangs easier thats for all not us gang members

Roleplay: Night shift at LV-LS Highway CC Members: Mr.Javier aka SpeedLife Participants: Baphomet and Leonard Story: That day i was free, i got a call that they need me on the night shift at LV-LS highway garage. That's the place where any citizen who needs help can come by for repair or what ever he needs help about his vehicle. We are working all night and helping a lot of citizens. That night i went there and I immediately started working. We are there to solve every problem that the customers come with. It can be simple and easy but it can be hard. That night we repaired many vehicles. Starting from the easiest ones and also there were hard ones that we with a lot of work got to the problem. Few cars needed to be refreshed like changing oil, wheels, windshields, light changes, fixing damaged parts like doors, trunk, hood, scratches from rocks etc. There are cases where we know the problem and we focus only on that, but customers come saying that the engine is doing weird noises, that can be anything and hard for us to find, because we don't have that much tools at that garage it's just a stopping place for repairing simple things that will allow you to get home safely. That shift we worked a lot with the other mechanics at the garage. We did many small repairs, simple ones and also hard things like detecting problems, opening engines. We almost ran out of supplies by the end of the shift, but we managed it somehow. For the complicated repairs that needed to be done, we told our customers to visit us at the San Fierro mod shop where we can fix everything there with all the tools we have. Roleplay type: "Cooperation with WFS" Story: I was chilling in my office at ALT Building, when i got a call from WFS member. They needed help from our company to make delivery with vehicles needed in their farm. They are working also with deliveries but not driving big trucks like us, also with trailers that weighs tons. The starting point was in Whetstone to Red County Farm. I accepted the offer, went outside checked my truck, refilled it with gas. I got into my truck and started going to RC Farm where the meetup location was. After talking and making the deal more clear, he offered to come with me, have a little chat and also show me the right location from where i needed to get the trailer with the vehicles. Till we got there we had a little chat around, after getting to the location we got the trailer and as soon as finishing the work around it we started moving back to Red County Farm. Roleplay type: "* problem during the delivery*" Story: Today, i got informations about the delivery that i needed to do. At the morning i went to our HQ in Red County, i refilled the burrito with gas, and checked it before i start moving. My time came to leave the base and start heading to Tierra Robada. In the middle of the track that i needed to go to, my van broke down. At first i tried to fix it as much as i can to finish my delivery. After one hour of trying to get to the problem that happened, i decided to call one guy from our company to tow truck me to the base where we can find the problem. After contacting with him, he came as soon as possible. He towed the van and we started moving to the base. Meanwhile i contacted the guys at the gas station that i needed to go, that my van broke down and as soon i fix it, i will get to them with the needed goods. We needed few hours to repair the van at our mechanic garage. After finishing it i went and delivered the goods. A rough day, but we managed it somehow.
