Civilan spawn should be more active for better RPG server. These are just my thoughts

There will be 2 passanger doors. one for passengers one for co pilot. There is only one player can be co pilot and co pilot will join the car from front of car and passangers will get in the car from back side. and he will be like radioSA. He will able to talk like dj's and he will open radio (he wont be dj. he will just open the radio). Why did i say he will talk? Co pilot will give informations about road. and If this is a touristic trip, he can give information about it. About Radio He wont be dj like RadioSA members. They will just open the radio. For example they can open the radioSA radio. About Talking It will be like LocalChat. You can hear the co pilot if you close the bus.

And what about the cop who goes all alone and can't literally get a single arrest? There are diverse situations in the game and simple options that affect individuals are just a generalized solution that just doesn't work. I said mornings because when i look to players at 8:30 / 10:00 server times cops have low activity. lets talk about today. today at 14:00 server time there was a 15 cops were active and 85 criminals were active. And i'm not trying to make my gameplay better. I'm trying to make it equal conditions.

It's also worth noting that you don't get arrested with taser, you only get tackled, so comparing it to a deagle which fires 3 rounds in a second (enough to kill a player) isn't really reasonable.
