He managed to send the message before they took his handheld transceiver, enabling his online location on the police computer system. Several different units responded including us, San Andreas Police Department, and Federal Bureau of Investigation. We tactically got the situation under control before they leave with a boat. Both of suspects have been searched carefully, while Trooper Sam was injured very bad.
