Rule number 4:
Always issue 2 prior warning to surrender before arresting

Rule number 5:
be patient with the suspect. As a suspect being chased he wont notice my binds

Rule number 7:
Procops goes 2 weeks probation having |PC* to be identified

Rule number 9:
procops should sign in to pc-forum to prove that they are part of group if removed by mistake
