You must always act according to your assigned role and follow your handler’s instructions.
You are not permitted to move around independently without your handler.
Communication is restricted to party chat or private messages only; no other chat types are allowed.
You do not have permission to make arrests.

Briefly explain the following rules in your own words:

Rule number 4:Before attempting an arrest, you must issue two warnings allowing the suspect to surrender (/sur). Your intentions must be clearly stated, and the final warning should explicitly indicate that it is their last chance.
Rule number 5:Suspects must be given sufficient time to respond to your warnings. Spamming binds is strictly prohibited.
Rule number 7:Once you join Pro Cops, you are required to wear probation PC tags at all times for identification purposes (|PC*). To access PC spawns, you must be easily recognizable by using either your roleplay name or the main nickname you use on the server.
Rule number 9: after receiving an invitation to Pro Cops, you are required to register and sign in on the PC forum.

/me passes the device to the assisting officer for examination

/me returns the documents to the driver
