In 2-3 lines, tell us about yourself: I am a Software Engineer from Bulgaria. In my free time I enjoy playing video games. I initially started playing SAES late 2013, played for a several years and recently I started playing again. I played both cop side and criminal side, but I realised that the cop side is really the playstyle for me.

Are you an ex-PC member? If yes, why were you removed?: Back in the days around 2013/2014 I spent 1 month in SAPA to get my PC diploma (found my "graduation" post to receive my diploma in the old forums). I do not really rememer why I got removed. Could be because of inactivity.
Have you ever been banned? If yes, why and when?: N/A

PART III : Rules check 

Have you read the entirety of the "Pro Cops Guide" topic?: Yes, I have.
What are the rules for the Dog spawn?:

• You can not roam freely without your handler. You should always listen and obey the commands of your handler.
• You should act as your role.
• You are not allowed to communicate through any kind of chat except for party chat or private messages.
• You are not allowed to arrest.

Briefly explain the following rules in your own words:

Rule number 4: You should always give 2 warnings to let them surrender (/sur) before trying to attempt to arrest and your intentions should be clear. The last warning should be clear that it is their last chance.
Rule number 5: You should give enough time for the suspect to react to your warnings. You are not allowed to spam binds.
Rule number 7: After joining Pro Cops, you should always wear probation PC tags to be identified |PC* . In order to use the PC spawns, you should be easily identifiable - you should use your roleplay name or main nickname that you use in the server.
Rule number 9: After you get invited to PC, you should sign in to PC forum.

PART IV: Roleplay commands

Explain how and when the /me command is used. Include at least 3 examples: 

/me is used in roleplay cases to describe an action that is performed or is going to be performed by your character. It should/can be used in LocalChat. Examples:

• /me grabs the alcohol sample from the driver
• /me hands the sample to the second officer on duty to perform the scanning
• /me gives back the documents to the driver

Explain how and when the /do command is used. Include at least 3 examples:
/do is used in roleplay cases to describe an event, situation or fact that has occured or is occuring in the environment around.
