Dogs may not arrest or use weapons. Dogs can only communicate in private chats, not local chat. Dogs must follow their handler’s orders and cannot act on their own. Briefly explain the following rules in your own words: Rule number 4: You can’t arrest people with 3 wanted stars or lower. You may RP with them, but an arrest is not allowed unless they are violent. Rule number 5: Before starting a pursuit, you must give two binds to warn the suspect and offer them a chance to surrender (/sur). Rule number 7: Always give suspects enough time to react to your binds. Don’t spam binds and respect that players may need a few seconds to respond.
