PART III : Rules check 

Have you read the entirety of the "Pro Cops Guide" topic?:Yes i did read it .
What are the rules for the Dog spawn?:

1.Police dogs can spawn ONLY when they have a police member as their handler that is aware of the rules. 
2.Dogs must act their role.
3.Dogs cannot arrest.
4.Dogs have to stay with their handlers.
5.Dogs must listen to their handler and may not act on their own.
6.Police dogs are allowed to talk only trough private chat unlike humans which can use Local Chat.

Briefly explain the following rules in your own words:

Rule number 4:When initiating a pursuit always offer chance of surrender (/sur for 75% jail time)Pro cops are obligated to give two warnings to the suspect before they act (second being the final)and use roleplay binds for roleplay chases and standard binds for standard chases. Also make their instructions  clear.
Rule number 5:Pro cops are not allowed to spam in PC binds .They have to give suspects time to react to binds. And must take in consideration that it takes  time for the suspect to read the binds and cooperate/refuse.
Rule number 7:When someone joins Pro Cops they have to go trough a 2 week probation and change their name like so: Name|PC*, or SQUAD|Name|PC*].And be easily identified on the server .
Rule number 9:Once invited ,Pro Cops must sign in at the PC discord.

/me gives Bob Brown a ticket.

The /do command is used for describing the state or asking questions about  environment/situation.

/do Will he shoot that civilian?
/do Would i find drugs in the car's trunk?
/do Would i find weapons inside the car?
