PART III : Rules check 

Have you read the entirety of the "Pro Cops Guide" topic?: Yes, I have. 

What are the rules for the Dog spawn?: 
Its an RP server, act like your role .
As K-9 unit you cant arrest and you  can't leave your so called handler or even spawn without one.
You are a dog, you listen to your handler, do what you been told.
Dogs cant talk so the only way to communicate is to use PM(Private message)

Briefly explain the following rules in your own words:

Rule number 4: When you in a pursit, the Suspect must have an chance to surrender and that you will offer him by a bind you have and u will give him that chance 2 times, after last chance you will engage.q
Rule number 5: Be open minded and give the suspect some time to think about his next decision.
no need to rush your binds and stress his decision.
Rule number 7: When you have been invited to ProCop you would need an tag to idetify yourself.. 
Rule number 9:  When you are invited to PC you would need to be idetifyed on their forum , and if not done , can be result of kick or removal.
and you CANT change your PC sign in at any cost.

PART IV: Roleplay commands

Explain how and when the /me command is used. Include an example: /me is used when you want to show that you are doing an action. For example:
When you use /me you are talkin in 3rd person and with that etc...

/me  Goes slowly to targets car
/me Grabs the document
/me Puts in the licens plate in police database
/me matches the information in papers and the database.

Explain how and when the /do command is used. Include an example: /do is used for explaining the environment, situation around you. For example:
 Do you use when you etc cant explain something ingame or show, etc if u Pull over someone /do The Unit number is 214.

/do Would the result be Negative? 
/do Would there be any unpaid tickets. 
/do Would all the documents be Valid ?
