The discussion that led to an idea

It all started nine years ago in 2008 when Mason Sorrow (Adistar) - a politician from the 'Freedom' party, the biggest party in San Andreas - was elected as the Secretary of State in San Andreas. He had his own Ministry, where he had officials working for him. Two of them were called Steven Mcdonald (Assassin#) and Fernandez del Piero (Killer). These three didn't know each other well in the beginning, but they started to like each other more every time they would meet. They went to lunch together, watched football matches together and discussed politics together. The discussions about politics went so deepthat Mason, Steven, and Fernandez started to discuss about power. After a few discussions, they agreed that they would try to have complete control over San Andreas.

Many ways, but no succes

They tried in any ways, but to no avail. Through all the years, they tried different ways to have control over San Andreas. However, none of these succeeded. They first tried to make Mason the new leader of Freedom Party by participating in elections The elections began in 2010, but Mason lost to someone else. Later, Mason, Steven and Fernandez tried to take the lead by misleading the votes about the current leader of the Freedom party. These actions lead Mason to get fired from the party

A new life, a new chance

Mason's life went downhill. He lost his position in the Government, he could not find any job, he was not able to afford a lot anymore and he came into social isolation as he lost his contact with Fernandez and Steven. He had no purpose anymore. He was about to give up his plans and his life. After some months however, he met an old friend who would change his life. His name is Pablo Escobar (Kratos)- a big criminal who has contacts with many criminal organizations. Pablo gave Mason the chance to get back on the track. Mason would have to work under Pablo and thus in the criminal world. Mason did not want to participate in the first place, but as he did not have any purpose and any other options, he accepted the offer on the condition that Pablo will not reveal Mason's real identity. Pablo agreed with this condition and Mason then started to work with him as a criminal.

A strong comeback and 'The Company'

Mason liked his new life. He was very successful, whether it was kidnapping a high assetor smuggling weapons, he knew how to get the job done and in complete stealth. He grew in the criminal world and became one of the most feared criminals under another identity. He was hungry for more power. Then the idea about controlling San Andreas was fresh again in his mind. Now he has contact with other criminal organizations and hackers, he was able to get in toch with Steven and Fernandez again. Mason discussed it with them and agreed that they are going to finish what they started. Mason found another way to take controll over San Andreas, and that is by working with other gangs. He introduced Steven and Fernandez to his new friends from the criminal world: Pablo and Lance Vance(LanceZ). Together they established a covert organization that goes by the name The Company, an underground criminal organizationthat works in the Government but does criminal activities. Mason joins the Freedom Party back and works in the Government again.Steven, Pablo, Lance and Fernandezwork in his ministry. They are now trying to reach Mason's ultimate goal, and that is: taking over San Andreas

Roleplay : As stated in the backstory, The Company is an underground criminal covert organization. Our goal is to take over the world. We do this by working together with other criminals/gangs. Whatever we do, it's done in secrecy. Whether it's smuggling weapons, blackmailing important figures, assassinating prominent figures either to expand our reach or to maintain secrecy, and helping members or friends get out of jail through official or illegal ways.

  Making deals with gangs:To reach our goal - taking overthe world - we have decided that working together with gangs is the best way to do this. This is why we try to make deals which as many gangs as possible. We offer them to safeguard their most wanted members, sell them arms, and more.   Arms Smuggling:we have warehouses all over SanAndreas where we make weapons. And as we have connections in the government, we have corrupted cops who work for us to safeguard them and protect our covert operations and clear the way for us. We deal with other organizations in and out Sand Andreas. We mainly ship our goods at Ocean docks in Los Santos.

  Blackmailing:people will always have weaknesses, things that threaten them or put them in a bad position. That's why we make sure we know everything about every individual we intend to work with or against. That's important to make sure they are on our side..and stay like that.

  Assassination:when someone is a pain in the ass for us or is a liability to our progress or threatens to spill the beans, we make sure to get rid of him quietly and in a way that looks like an accident. We don't tolerate sluggishness and incompetence.

  Jail breaking:we have strong connections in the government, especially in the Department of Justice. When we want someone out of prison, it's just a phone call away. But when our man is a heavily guarded prisoner, it takes more than phone call. We resort to helping him escape and then protecting him by making him vanish.

  Money Laundry:a procedure that is done to conseal the origins of money gained by illegal methods. The Company offers this service to their allies. Business associates that are interested in The Company's money laundry services, can become a partner. However, this requires them to pay a percentage of the money to the alliance.

  Intelligence Agency:the organization has an intelligence agency that keeps track of activities in law enforcement, court, politics, and the criminal underworld. The agents of the agency are all undercover and ask as if they are part of the FBI or NSA in some cases. It is the main income besides drugs and weapons, and even the law enforcement agencies are interested in working with this agency. Professionals that work underground.

The Ranking System

Hereby wepresent you the new rank system that we will implement in The Company. The goal of the rank system is to create subdivisions that will be led by the sHQs and HQs. It will mean that our organization will be led as a company of some sort. Since our roleplay is to transport drugs, launder money, traffick humans, and to sell and distribute weapons, we have decided to make these divisions which everyone can freely choose to join once hitting level 2. Before that, an inferior associate, and a junior associate are obliged to work for the division where they are needed before deserving a specialization. Besides that, in this way, you are able to find out in which division you would like to be. The Company is an organization that appreciates its members and did not want to make the gang ordinary at the start. However, we noticed that a rank system is necessary to prevent new people tofeel superior, as an example. From now on, everyone has someone above them which are higher in rank. This will not only add more structure to our organization but will also help us to lean more towards our roleplay role. Of course, this does not mean that you are not free to say whatever you want and to do whatever you want. You are still free to choose that. However, in some cases we want you to listen to a superior instead of ignoring them. We have also implemented a new rank that honors the people that have helped us to start our organization but are not able to attend the game much anymore, which is why they will receive the rank of Veteran.The ranking structure is depicted below:

The secondary leader of the organization. The only one who can have the face-to-face meetings with the Chief. Leads and commands the other members for the future organized plans. Also responsible for the financial stuff "inside" The Company. Has full access to the Datacenter of The Company located at the Headquarters.

Advisor

The Advisor is responsible for making up new ideas that can help The Company to develop for further growth. He usually speaks with the Leader about any changes that he recommends in the organization and comes up with plans to conduct. When an idea has been created, the High Council decides if its necessary to add and a vote will happen about the Advisor's plans.

Approved to be able to accept new members inside of The Company. They are officially confirmed by the Chief and the Vice. High Council members have the right to access the bank for financial stuff "outside" The Company. Besides that, they assist with decision-making in the organization itself and deal with members and activities on a daily basis

The Coordinators are assisting the High Council in doing daily activities together with the divisions that are created. It is their responsibility that a daily basis of roleplays, events, and other activities are posted, and done in favor of The Company's roleplaying role. When problems occur with a member, the Coordinator reports back to the High Council to deal with it.

A Veteran is a member that has been helping The Company from the start but is not able to join as much as he used to before in daily activities. To honor these people, a special rank was created in order to give the Veterans the respect that they deserve. Once a Veteran is ready to return to daily activities, he will be assigned to one of the divisions in the organization.

Division Associate

Division Associates are responsible for assisting Coordinators and the High Council with daily activities for their division. As of right now, there are three divisions that one can join, which are the Night Division, Marketing & Entertainment Division, and the Trade & Intelligence Division. When a Junior Associate gets promoted, he may choose which division to join.

Junior Associate

A Junior Associate has just earned the organization's respect recently and has proved that he is able to be a part of The Company. He assists the division associates (and higher ranks) with the daily activities and helps whichever division needs his help. When seen as successful, a Junior Associate will be promoted to one of the divisions of his choosing.

Inferior Associate

Recruitment process

In this paragraph, we are going to explain how we recruit new members. If you are an applicant or someone who has not applied yet but is interested to join the gang in the future, then this should be useful for you to know.

1- The first step you have to do is answering the application format written in the spoiler below and post it in this topic. We are judging your application based on who you are, your RolePlaying skills and your knowledge about The Company. We judge your personality based on the distinctive questions and your attitude in the game. Your knowledge about The Company and Roleplaying skills are questioned in the miscellaneous questions, so keep in mind that you have to answer these questions in a RolePlay way, and not in your own person.

2- After you have written your application, you are officially noted as one of the applicants and your name will be noticed in our voting topic. While you are an applicant, we demand patience, loyality, initiatives and good manners from you in the game. So seek us up ingame if you have not answered your application yet and hang around with us, get us to learn about you. Our voting procedure contain rules to avoid issues like favouritism as much as possible, which I will quote from our private forums:

• You are only allowed to vote if youDIDhang around with the applicant. Try to seek him up and hang around with him.


• As waiting for everyone to vote will take too much time, I've decided that if the applicant gets6 votes, he will be accepted.


• We appreciate votes which are well substantiated, so the High Councilwill take those more in consideration than the votes which are not.

You are getting chased by a cop and sadly you die by falling off a cliff. Because of that, the cop is menacing you with a report. How would you approach this?:

You are in a confidential gang meeting. Instantaneously the leader of the meeting advocates something that you do not sympathize so you accidentally said something ridiculous. The leader of themeeting orders you to leave the gang and the meeting. After leaving the meeting and walking to your car you suddenly see 2 laser dots on your clothes, one pointing at your heartand the other at your liver. First, you act calm but then suddenly after a few milliseconds you get that signal in your brain that you have no bodyarmor. What would you do after realizing that you are unprotected?

There is a guy where you had several disputes with. causing you to have an incredible hatred against him. You also have sworn several times that you will never forgive him and every time you see him you try to avoid him as you know if you do not severe drama will happen.
