Describe SAM in your own words: (Not less than 30 words) San Andreas Medics is an Role Play group of Medic's that helping players In game when they In need of health or they are injured , Like in Store robberies and Bank Robberies. Also SAM is very Important In the server because they help sometimes to the other people and since there is no people that spawn as Paramedic. They are doing the Paramedic job instead.


Why was SAM founded? San Andreas Medics was founded for helping injured players that In need of medical assistance and also for doing an Role Play and having fun.


What is the SAM motto? "~[All ways there when you need us the most]~(lime)"


Who founded SAM? Joe founded SAM.





Section B: Theory:


1 - A major earthquake has occurred in metropolitan Los Santos and there are many casualties. You're based in Blueberry and must respond to a barrage of emergency distress calls as a result of the earthquake. Describe your method of response to this situation and be sure to include how you would interact with your fellow medics and which equipment & vehicles you would use.


~[Answer:]~(lime) From the Moment that the Earthquake will begin and we will get the message from the Seismograph to the San Andreas Medics HQ , We will begin to get as many as possible units to answer the call's from the citizens where the Earthquake accrued and send the units As soon as possible , Also in earthquake situation the best way to travel and help people is an Helicopter so we will in as many helicopters we can get to the situation. Also the best equipment for this situation Is Helmet , Flashlight , A lot of Med kits that has everything , syringes and bandages . Also we will need to take some tents to make houses for the people that not have homes anymore , with the tents should come also MRE (Meal Ready-to-Eat).


2- Multiple officers have been shot while responding to an armed bank robbery. You have been called to assist in the rescue operation. Describe how you would respond.


~[Answer:]~(lime) My friend is the Ambulance driver known as the fastest arrival , And I'm the second medic that sits aside of him , suddenly we get an call from the HQ , that says there is Armored bank robbery at the Bank In Los Santos , And there is some injured Police Officers , that need assistance Immediately, Me and my friend were there after 2 and a half minutes , We were the first Medics at the scene , We went inside with armor to not get shot if something happens , We will take the officers with the stretcher's outside for a safe place and start to bandaging them up and calling more units the bring them to the Hospital as soon as possible.


3- Multiple people have been stabbed and burned by several terrorists at a train station and you 're the first medic to arrive on scene. The wounds are of varying severity. What would you do? I.e. How would you treat the wounds?


~[Answer:]~(lime) Well at first If I'm the first medic to arrive , I will try to move people when the terrorist don't see me , I will try to get as many as I can , Also I will find a safe place where the terrorist don't see me , And call by the radio more Medics and more Police Officers to help me . People that got burned down I would take some Disinfectant and pure it on the bandages and Put it on the places they got burned down , Also the people that got stabbed I will take bandages with alcohol and put on the places they got stabbed to stop the bleeding as soon as possible , When the other units will arrive I will get two or three people per ambulance and send the to the Hospital as soon as possible .





Section C : Aptitudes:
1.How would you respond to criticism by a superior? Well I will Respect his criticism because He is higher rank than me and he I need to respect him , Even If i'm not agreeing with his decision I will respect him and be quiet and will try to Improve his criticism.


2.Why exactly are you applying today? Well I'm applying today because , I've heard about SAM very good stuff , So I was thinking about It few days and I'm applying for it today , Also I want to be a part of a group that actually helps to people and doing very good Role Play.


3.What are your strengths and weaknesses? My strengths are Role Playing , Driving to scene as fast as possible , and Team Working , My weaknesses Is that I cannot stand people that are lagging or having ping that is worse than me.


4.Why should we accept you to our team? You should accept me because I'm very skilled person that has a good English and Role Play skills , I also has a very good Imagination and can bring many awesome Ideas to help San Andreas Medics if will be needed.

Roleplay: So I woke up today at 8 AM , I made my self a coffee and ate a sandwich that my wife made me , than I went out and went to the job as I always do.
I got my ambulance and I started to wait for calls , than there was a call that an Old man was found unconscious probably because of dehydration , So I took off and arrived to the scene as soon as possible.
when I arrived I saw an Old man laying on the ground and I came to him with a ready medkit.

As I came close to the man , I went to him and checked his pulse to see if its okay , and It was good.
So I and somebody from the street helped him to stand up and took the stairs nearby so he could seat on them

Than I took a water bottle from the ambulance and handed it to the old man , so he could drink it.
after he took few sips I helped him to get inside the Ambulance.

after I buckled him inside the ambulance , I took the fastest way to the nearest Hospital so he can be checked there and be Hydrated hopefully.
As we arrived I opened the door and unbuckled him from the ambulance and with work of fellow nurses we got him inside the Hospital.

Patrol Duration: First 30 minutes we were Me , Glayd , Dudi and Benny , than they left us , and than 30 more minutes Me Glayd and JohnnyEnglish.
