Full backstory:
James kinny born in Los Santos to Beverly Kinny. He has a father, but if u ll ask him, he ll say he didn't know him. Beverly had four children: Sean, Jimmy, Kendl, and Brian We were living in a motel at Fort Carson, Bone Country. It was a bad part of Bone Country. There were killers, thiefs, dealers and whatever not. Countless sherifs were killed almost everyday, the big cities such as Las Venturas, Los Santos & San Fierro never cared of the small ones like Bone Country. Never responded to a call. My dream was one day to become a Police Officer and protect my town, to accomplish something the other officers couldn't, I learnt alot about life at the Age of 17-18 At the age of 20, I joined the United States Of America's Army. I served for the USA for 6 years. I also Served United States Marine for 1 year . A year later, I decided to become a member of SAFP in Los Santos. I had all the qualifications needed. later on i was qualified to become a SAFP Marshal Batch #643 , i served as a Marshal for around 3 months , went on many Special Mission . I went back to my hometown for some time and improved the situation. The big states are now also responding to the small ones. Now i Wish to Join the SAI the next phase awaits ....

Patrol details: While Patrolling with Officer Waylon @Legend , It was Reported by Dispatcher @Glayd about a missing Civilian @Yazan in Whetstone , we were meant to go there and investigate about the same LVPD officer Ben also assisted on the investigation, reaching over there we found the house empty instead found the civilian tied to a tree in the backyard with some illegal weapons on further Investigation it was found out that he was kidnapped and thrown with the weapons

Activity Details: Illegal weapons were Smuggled from LS to LV so @LidlPegasus was sent from LVPD to report to SAI base regarding the same to Sergeant.Wizax @Wizax and do further investigation. upon investigation the details were found about the vehicle and the LS-LV highway was blocked and each vehicle was thoroughly checked, finally the criminals were found and chased until the vehicle crashed

Activity Details: around 13:00 PM [GMT] It was reported by San Andreas Housing Agency [SAHA] to the LVPD about a Person Owning Illegal Property Located near 30th St , Las Ventures Church Area , Officer Banecroft @mystic along with Officer James of LVPD and Officer Brain @Friction was Assigned by the LVPD to conduct the investigation , upon reaching the place the owner was found and Fake Documents were Taken Under custody and the Civilian was taken for Interrogation in the LVPD , upon interrogation it was found out that a Fake SAHA agent aka.Fraudster did all this and It was later reported to SAI Sergeant Phins @ZoRo about such fake agents

Activity Details: While Patrolling with Officer Banecroft @mystic and Sergeant Phins @ZoRo , Officer James found a criminal speeding and Driving on the wrong side of the Road thereby breaking the law , upon chasing and stopping him , it was found out he was not the only one doing so , he called upon his teammates , in response More Units were called upon by SAI , Officer Friction Responded and arrived on the scene to aid , ultimately shots were fired and criminals were Arrested , No casualties in the scene but officer James got injured in the process

Activity Details: While Patrolling around Las Ventures with Officer Waylon @Legend Around 14:50 PM [GMT] it was found that the cruiser was facing some Engine and Battery Problems , in immediate response the vehicle was taken to ALT base for Repairing and as soon as the cruiser got Repaired , Officer James @LidlPegasus was Reported of a Person Driving around Bone County , exceeding the limit above 70 km/h upon Stopping the suspect and further interrogation it was found out the Suspect was high on Alcohol with PH 2.3 .ACIDIC , Ultimately the Suspect was Arrested and taken to nearby hospital for Aid
