Qualities you can offer: People after speaking to me will say i am more mature than i am supposed to be at my age it has happened quite sometimes. I tend to understand people and give them a solution at things they can't accomplish own their own. I speak 4 different languages that is English , Bengali , Hindi and Urdu . I love teaching people new things. I am really proficient at English. I always try my best to help out players in our community discord's "help and support channel" I try to help out new players by giving them time going out of my own way. I am good at making friends with people and also resolving any kind of confrontation and most of the time i am unbiased at my judgement with people i try my best to look and think out the both sides of every situation. I am not the type of person who dreams about being a leader or top of everyone else i think myself as someone who loves to teach someone stuff even if it makes them better than myself. I never think of holding back on teaching something that a person can utilize and be better than me.
Your weaknesses: Sometimes i go too much out of my way to help out someone on something which results in problems of my own and i tend to express my emotions too much in game which i have been trying to keep under control lately.

Reason for application: Feels really bad when i see someone coming to have fun in the server but they don't get the help and guidance from an experienced player. I try my best to help out the players i see each day speak with them not cause i want them to join my gang or anything i just want them to come join the server and have fun forget about all the tough times people might be going thru. When i first joined the server the Admins helped me out a lot but nowadays i don"t see new players getting helped out like the way i did so i want to give back the help i got from the community members.

Additional information:
I am active and playing all most all the times when new players from around my regions come to join the server for the first time that is India, Bangladesh, Pakistan. I have always helped them out everytime i see new players join the server and even if i am not selected as one of the community staff member I am honored enough that i actually got to post an application here and someone has reviewed it. And i'll always try my best to help out new players on this community.

Previous (legitimate) punishments on the server: Few admin jails when i was new to the server. And a warning in recent time like 2-3 months ago cause of a silly mistake i made.
Previous (legitimate) bans: Banned for Multi-accounting.

Decent application however unfortunately you have not been successful this time around. Try and help out ingame and on discord more often to get your name out there a bit more.
