I tend to understand people and give them a solution at things they can't accomplish own their own. I speak 4 different languages that is English , Bengali , Hindi and Urdu . I always try my best to help out players in our community discord's "help and support channel" I try to help out new players by giving them time going out of my own way. I am good at making friends with people and also resolving any kind of confrontation and most of the time i am unbiased at my judgement with people i try my best to look and think out the both sides of every situation. I am not the type of person who dreams about being a leader or top of everyone else i think myself as someone who loves to teach someone stuff even if it makes them better than myself. I never think of holding back on teaching something that a person can utilize and be better than me. Your weaknesses: Sometimes i go too much out of my way to help out someone on something which results in problems of my own and i tend to express my emotions too much in game which i have been trying to keep under control lately. I try my best to help out the players i see each day speak with them not cause i want them to join my gang or anything i just want them to come join the server and have fun forget about all the tough times people might be going thru. When i first joined the server the Admins helped me out a lot but nowadays i don"t see new players getting helped out like the way i did so i want to give back the help i got from the community members. I have always helped them out everytime i see new players join the server and even if i am not selected as one of the community staff member I am honored enough that i actually got to post an application here and someone has reviewed it. And i'll always try my best to help out new players on this community. Previous (legitimate) punishments on the server: Few admin jails when i was new to the server. And a warning in recent time like 2-3 months ago cause of a silly mistake i made. Previous (legitimate) bans: Banned for Multi-accounting.

Just make it like racers get stars when they hit the first checkpoint instead of just the very beginning. That fixes the problem of being camped with stingers since cops cant know where the checkpoint is going to be
