The victim was a tourist from Liberty City, and the vehicle had a circulation permit. The department of tourism financed the repairs of the vehicle. At first, a lost random woman just showed up across the highway looking for a pickup, i did a check on her ID and made my comrade take her home. After that, i had to stop few vehicles that exceeded the speed limit, i did a full check on it's documents including the insurance and so the driver's ID by writing them a financial written ticket.
