SAM - I got kicked from SAM because not declaring my inactivity. SA News Agency - Everything was perfect within the group and I was very willing in this group and it's main purpose but sadly they have shut the group down.Mention (with reason) about any past punishments you have received: I got banned twice, the first one was because of multiaccounting and the second one was a misunderstanding that I had wore SAES> tags as Maryondo told me, when I re-logged in-game I found myself with the tags on and Shaun didn't let me explain the sitaution, after a short while the case got bright.^[]Section B: General Questionnaire:Describe SAM in your own words: (Not less than 30 words) Sanandreas Medics are a group of well qualified and skilled paramedics who have taken many trainings and educations during their time in the organization. JohnnyEnglishFor how long have you been playing as a paramedic on the server?: I used to play as a paramedic on the server for a remarkable amount of time during my phase in SAM and afterwards I kept it. I could approximately say 2 or 3 years.Mention one rule that applies to the "Paramedic" spawn: Paramedics are to act as their role's demandings, such as they can't carry weaponary stuff and perform killing on random individuals, they are obligated not to leave what they are supposed to do in real-life.Mention one rule that applies to SAM Paramedic: Showing activity as a paramedic during the turf wars of your gang is strongly prohibited.Can you ensure us certified periodic activity ?: I should be able to do my best to be worthy.^[]Section C : Aptitudes:1. How would you respond to criticism by a superior? I'd firstly think of it's value and I'd consider weighing it.2. Why exactly are you applying today? Because I would like to carry my paramedic gaming to a further place where I will be able to show off more often with abilities and possibilities that SAM offers.3. What are your strengths and weaknesses? For my strenghts, I could say I'm a reliable person and I believe I'm mostly a calm person unless I get tilted sometimes. That only happens sometimes and I can easily handle it over. Last but not least, I can undoubtly say that I'm the embodiment of a great teamwork mate. I'd be eager to cooperate with my teammates during the operations and daily activities.4. Why should we accept you to our team? I believe that I can bring a value to the existence of SAM and I also believe that I'd be a good addition within the team. I respect every individual's opinions and consider weighing them.
