Lounge is now Venture Capital!

We are now officially transforming from an Incorporated Company (Inc.) to a Venture Capital (VC) which means all the projects under Lounge will now be represented as "Startups". But more than that, we will also invest our capitals in other projects outside the Lounge that have a high potential to grow and progress through the community.

All the gambling games, gang wars, races and such events are now individually projects run under the investments of the VC. This means, every project will now have its own Project Manager and the financials of each project will not directly flow to the bank of Lounge but after the calculations of its own shares inside the VC. For example, if the venture capital owns only 40% of the Gang Wars, Lounge will now only earn 40% of the total income from the event and the rest will be shared among other shareholders of the specific event.

By the help of the staff team of SAES, in upcoming weeks you will be able to find people spawned as Lounge Employees at Lounge Headquarters located in San Fierro. The spawn is mainly focused on the customer relations. A person spawned as Lounge will always be ready to serve for our customers as main priority. So, if you see someone spawned as Lounge Employee, you can directly ask him about your bet rewards, request him to collect your bets or talk about other Lounge projects.

The Headquarters will never be used for competitive events and only planned for meetings, trainings, incubation and acceleration programs of the business ideas. We are neither going to host our own events in the Valley nor planning to give it away to other people for other purposes (ie, parties, events). Be sure that, you appoint a meeting before visiting our campus, either way you will not be able to meet any of the investors there as they are busy 99% of the day and value every single minute as money.

One of our main problems until this date was that, not all players were able to join 5v5 fights under one team because they did not want to leave their gangs or squads just for one competition. So, this is no more problem.

You now can make your own clan and team up with your friends around SAES without regard to whether you are in the same gang or squad. You can even transfer some skilled people to your team, or team up with the people from your country - doesn't matter, just make the strongest team and dominate the arena.

We are also keeping the old tradition of 5v5 fights. From now on, only Clans will be able to go up to the ranking ladder and the only event for gangs will be a one-time GangWars event hosted seasonally (will be announced later).

We are bringing it back and with an updated version. You can again become the best gambler in the business or a badass shooter that everybody wants to transfer to their teams.

We will now have a Team of the Week, and Player of the Month rewards. Moreover, players making multiple kills and assists during the game will receive ingame cash rewards personally from our executives.

Our contracts with some old investors have been broken down. We are currently having extra 20% of the company to be shared and we are currently negotiating with possible investors for the stake.
