  1. I agree with what Xavier states, with the sheer amount of players who yearn for the crime and glory it's easy to get a gang up to official status. On the contrary, squads have such a high requirement with a low player base that it's rough to get stability. Take the Texas Ranger Force and Emergency Task Force for example - both had promising starts but due to complications they were both closed down. By lowering the requirements, it could very much appeal to the new players as they see all of these opportunities for squads and what they hold - while veteran players can get their squad up and ready while providing an extra support line for the policing field.

  2. @LopeZz Just a suggestion for your application. The hanging out and activity you've shown is great, but try to condense your posts as much as you can.

    Instead of making a post for each delivery - put all of your deliveries into ONE imgur album and ONE forum post. So since we did like 3 deliveries, you can put them all into one album and make a single post about it. Anytime you do something for a continuous time frame, make that a post. If there's a gap or a change in activity (such as changing from trucker to mechanic) you put that as a different post. Here's a helpful example of what I mean by that; https://saesrpg.uk/topic/12937/gxt-official-media-archive/664

    Notice how that it's the same day and same time (from 14:40 to 16;40) but since the operator changed from trucking jobs to mechanic work, he made that as a separate activity section but in the same post.

    Here's an example for your single post, like if you just wanted to do a few truck driving jobs you make a single album; https://saesrpg.uk/topic/12937/gxt-official-media-archive/628?page=32

    Hope this helps you in your application. -Aur

    Involved SAI members: James Aran (myself)

    Divisions involved:(ND/HSPD/RSD/CID) N/A

    Other involved people: Sons of Anarchy members - @DezZolation and @Ethan

    Date, time and duration of activity: May 16th, 2020 - 00:30 to 01:10

    Activity type: RP Patrol

    Activity Details: I started my county patrols at 00:30 when I located two bikers that gave off a bad vibe near Bone County. I trailed them and saw the bikers go in the wrong lanes of traffic. I initiated the traffic stop and made contact with the first biker - Ethan - and introduced myself as a Deputy. He was very well and compliant, so I grabbed his documents and searched them through the MDT to only find a single speeding ticket. I had no reason to hold the driver nor search his vehicle at first so I asked him to hang out until I get done with the other biker. Again, I made contact and started collecting the documents but we had a slight issue - Dez did not have his vehicle insurance nor registration. For policy regulations, I detained the driver and searched his name through the NCIC. Oh boy the driver was in for a stroke of bad luck as he had a warrant for his arrest. I started to detain the biker but his posse was approaching dangerously close - so I removed my tazer and held him at gunpoint until he backed down and surrendered. The first biker was detained and placed in the back of my squad car, so I went to the first suspect and detained him for approaching and obstruction. During the pat-down he had his rear clenched, being determined I reached down and managed to find at least a gram of illegal substances, so he was arrested of course. The pat-down revealed nothing of interest - so I started to search the bikes and located nothing but a bat. After all this time, the members were transported to BCSO for processing.

    Notes; Had a small role-play where I was contacted by the President of Gypsy Jokers Motorcycle Club ( @Turbo ) to help upgrade and take care of some personal vehicles of the club members. I arrived on scene and was quickly greeted by the President, exclaiming he had around 10 or so damaged and/or out of fuel vehicles that needed some touch ups. Thankfully I brought enough jerry cans to fuel every vehicle and get them roadworthy again.

  5. Sounds like a great idea, to add onto your cargo suggestion we could bring back some stuff off of Trucker V1. Getting some 45' Reefer trailers for frozen goods and like you stated get some more destinations out. It would be nice if you could for instance deliver goods to a store-rob location...or different types of trailers as stated above like shipping containers at the various docks and ports.

    Furthermore; Along with the weight idea you could have it where each of the 3 semi trucks are able to pull various weight classes.
    Tankers would have a low weight class and specialize in light cargos, such as dry goods.
    While on the other hand, Linerunners would have a high weight class and specialize in heavy cargo such as shipping containers
    With the Roadtrain being generally well overall. OR any combination of the 3.

  6. Sure the jail at sea was fun and had a ton of opportunity for both police and criminals, but the current one makes you think and work together in order to accomplish your task. A fair amount of hiding spaces that could add extra strategy to the fights while you could do things the hard way by flying a Maverick down into the jail itself to breach the red door - two different ways of going about the breach.

    The jail at sea might have been nice, but the server has enough strain as it is without the dev team trying to move the jail and spawn scripts and etc again..

  7. Idea taken from this old poll, I figured we could revamp it; https://saesrpg.uk/topic/12891/script-suggestion-money-van-transport?_=1589199376682

    I've been pondering this suggestion for a while, and I feel as if it could not only give the policing side a new event to do but also the criminal side;

    Vehicles Involved; Securicar
    Requirements; A minimum of 2 Official Squad officers or 2 ProCop Spawned Officers, or a mix of both.
    Reward; Monetary (a few thousand dollars, more than the VIP but not too crazy)
    Downside; Gang members can steal/destroy it

    So, it would be another hectic day in San Andreas when a certain location (4 Dragons Casino for example) would request an Armored Truck delivery of cash for their business

    https://prnt.sc/snhbqg

    A Securicar would be loaded and prepped with money at an undisclosed location, only visible to Official Squads and the Police team. Let's use this loading dock as a spawn example;

    https://prnt.sc/snhcb7

    Now, the Police team can arrive and secure the location but they can NOT start the delivery. A yellow marker would be around the car to indicate the event start - and the truck will only be able to move if two members of an official squad are inside the truck, one in the drivers seat and the other in the passengers seat. ProCop Officers can also arrive and count towards the start of the delivery, so not only do squads have to be there - PC Spawns can start it as well.

    Once the vehicle starts, a message would go out to both police/squad and criminal/gang teams saying something on the lines of ~["Police are transporting highly valuable cargo, defend and escort it for a reward" for police,]~(navy) and
    ~["Police are transporting highly valuable cargo, destroy the truck and steal the cargo for a reward" for criminals]~(red)

    Once the vehicle is on the move, a small truck icon would appear on the map (similar to the VIPs yellow triangle), visible to all police/criminal team. Gang members have the option to destroy the securicar and cause it to break down, similar to how in GTA V you can blow the rear of Gruppe6 vehicles and grab the cash.

    MISSION SUGGESTION #1)
    Once the vehicle breaks down, a new mission starts! Police would have to defend the area from criminals - while the criminals mission is to get in and steal the cash, similar to a "King of the Hill" event/store rob.

    Once it explodes and gets to this new mission, a new marker would go out to police/criminal teams stating;
    ~["The Armored Truck has broken down, secure the area from criminals and protect the cargo" - Police]~(navy)
    ~["The Armored Truck has broken down, remove any police resistance and hijack the cargo" - Criminals]~(red)

    When the vehicle breaks down, it wouldn't explode but yet become glued to its current location as the back doors fall off, revealing a small marker at the rear that criminals have to secure for a set time in order to get the cash - while police have to defend it for a set time to secure the cash.

    ~[If the criminals secure the marker]~(red) - they get a set amount of money and a bit of a wanted level
    ~[If the police secure the marker]~(navy) - they get a set amount of money

    MISSION SUGGESTION #2)
    Instead of the criminals destroying the truck, they would have the option to hijack it like any other unlocked vehicle. Once they get possession of the vehicle, a new destination marker would appear (again, like the VIP), and they have to transport the truck to the destination for a larger reward than just destroying the truck would yield. And for fun, the police can hijack the truck back and get the truck secured at the original destination.

    ~[MISSION DESTINATION IDEAS)]~(black)
    Police; Transport to LS Bank, SF Bank, LV Bank, BC Bank, TR Bank (pretty much all the banks), 4 Dragons Casino, and SF Casino if they have one, and various small businesses and gas station convenience stores for realism.

    Criminals; Transport to the SF or LS Docks, BC Airport, LV Airport and various businesses or store-rob locations. Anywhere a criminal could get the cash quickly secured and/or out of the country.

    ~[ADDITIONAL NOTES;]~(black)

    The spawn location and the destination location will be randomized, and can ONLY be delivered to that one destination - instead of how the VIP you have multiple locations to deliver it to. The same goes with if criminals hijack the truck, the gang can only transport the truck to the randomly generated destination.

    For the criminal side of this entire ordeal, only official gang members would be able to operate the truck in order to prevent abuse by the average criminal. This could change depending on public opinion.

    Roleplay type: Search and Rescue
    Description of roleplay (minimum 3 sentences): Around 23:45, a 911 call paged throughout the station about a citizen who's fallen down a construction site. I responded Code 3 to the location with an EMT from the San Andreas Medics. Upon arriving at the location, we secured the perimeter and then proceeded to do an initial preliminary search - locating the individual about two stories down. After getting the blueprints from ZIP, we found the best way to get to the patient and pull him up was with an extended ladder. I made the way down to the individual, and after seeing he has no injuries, we helped him up the ladder and into the Ambulance for transport to LS General. SAM took over the patient care as I called the station to alert them the situation.

  11. Activity type: Trucking
    GXT Members: Jake
    Activity details: I contacted GXT Truck Driver Jake to see if he could accompany me during a few loads around San Andreas, to which he accepted. We started our journey at the SF Trucking Depot, picking up a Jetmax headed for the Los Santos Docks. When we dropped off our trailer, one of the transportation managers alerted us that there were some construction vehicles that just arrived that needed to be sent to a Red County Farm. We accepted the load and delivered the vehicles, to which the farmer asked us if we could transport his combine and tiller to his Whetstone field. It was a short drive so we again accepted the load for our logbook - but after reaching Whetstone, we got called by the San Andreas News Agency to deliver some new equipment to the SF Docks for shipping. Another short drive, so Jake and I took the load and moved to the depot. Our shift ended at GXT base, going our separate ways.

    2. COMPANY QUESTIONS

    Can you offer anything special to the company?: Advanced training in role-play and knowledge of various fields.
    Which division do you prefer? Trucking or Mechanical? (State the reason as well): I personally prefer the Mechanical division as I enjoy how in-depth the role-plays get. Vehicles hold a wide range of mystery, and you can end up RPing for over an hour if done well.
