So you want election for ~60 players who will have no option to choose since there is only one party currently functioning in the server? Also, I don't personally think that these will bring any benefit at all, if anyone was interested, he would have created his own party till now or went to fill current government free spots. Yes, as @DROT said there is no need of physical place to store the cars. Though it is possible to have something similar to impounded thing where our cars are placed at the building and once we pay the money, the car becomes accessible. However, GUI thing is much better as it will induce less load on the server and will be lot easy to deal with. The scenario would be quite easy itself. Just open the GUI with a command (or it can also be added in M panel), look at all the available cars for sell, their modifications and prices and just simply buy it from there or if you want to test it anyways, just contact the seller as car owner name would be in panel too alongside the car.

Your suggestion is not that bad. There should always be circulation of props. However, there is a difference between an admin and a player. All of the SAES admins reached this position after certain struggle and this is one of the perks they have earned cause of it. Even if they are inactive, there hard work shouldn't be forget and it is the least way in which they can be honored. However, there is always an option to reach out to the inactive admin and ask whether they are willing to give away the props. But if someone is not agreeing then it is certain that they will be back in the server at some instance in future.

So instead of utilizing that racetrack at top of map which has been ghost town lately, you want to utilize existing race maps. Not a bad suggestion, there could be a small shop in each city and county where you can select the map from an available list and set minimum player requirement. For example, you went into shop, selected a race map, then u chose number of participants required to start race (min. 2). After that a large marker similar to current race appears at starting point and once the participants requirement is met, the race starts. Apart from that, the GUI can include the bet money which the winner can get. There could be a system to take money from each participant equally when the race starts and give it to the winner once the race ends.

Where exactly does this seems fair to you? Your first idea is unacceptable because your job is to stop a bank robbery not a regroup. But if you still want to destroy the fun before it begins, regroup with the cops and go raid the regroup area instead of camping in the shamal and waiting for the criminals shamal to take off. About your second idea, you want to deprive criminals of the unwanted wall behind the crackers so that you can just rekt the bank robbery before it is even started as you will not only arrest the crackers but 2/3 of the defenders. Definitely a huge plus point for cops whereas minus for criminals. It is not fair in any sense, so this is useless suggestion unless it has something which actually benefits the criminals too.

Not really, when there is turf war, the dominating side takes the turf zone whether it is near other gang base or not. When the war is over, of course the gangs take it back by afk-turfing. However, if you see in turf wars, you hardly find time to sell each other drugs when your zone is about to be taken by opposite side because it involves couple of things. Firstly 1 person to sell, other to buy, time taken with GUI. Each one of them is considered during turfing. Now suppose a vending machine, you just spawn base and go to the marker, GUI auto pops up, you can buy quickly and go in the war. Gangs with bases near turf are not at advantage at normal turf war since opposing have drugs either from vending at hospital or their gang mates. You have to consider every sphere, there are many other scenarios but as i said there might be more benefits in this suggestion than this drawback. It was just a food for thought.

Seems a good suggestion, however, it has drawbacks as well. Some turf zones are near the bases of many gangs. Suppose your idea is somehow implemented in the game and there is a turf war going on. Now as per turf rule, you can either respawn at base or hospital. If your base is near the turf and you have vending machine, you are just continuously coming to the zone like a zombie apocalypse in which zombies never stop coming and eventually will dominate the turf zone since opposite gangs have to respawn in hospital and have to travel all the way back to the zone. In simple words, gangs having bases near turf zones will have upper edge. This is just my point of view, maybe there are more pros to this then cons. Lets see what other people say about this.

Since then, I have always followed server rules strictly and therefore faced no punishments. @Tut well, you are right. I did some research and found out that along with setVehicleHandling, you have to use other functions as well. But still, it is not that easy to obtain the desire results even by using such functions. So, I am gonna agree after looking at all these aspects that it's not worth doing it, given the demand of the server.
