Some decent ideas here, particularly #1 which is my personal pet peeve when playing medic. I'd approach some of them differently though. (3) I'd prefer to have medics stay away from the current shitshow that is jail as I don't think they'd be of much use anyway. Crims would gun them down instantly knowing there's a chance they'll revive cops and you'd have cops shooting medics and getting wanted due to helping crims etc. Not worth the hassle imo. (4) We'd have to be careful with this, not a fan of having people kill/arrest with no chance of stopping them due to being invincible. Only way I can see this being added is if the player being revived has their weapons disabled for the duration. (5) I think a better approach to this would be to display a message on the screen, or requiring players to confirm they wish to respawn at hospital, if there is a medic nearby to revive them.

Usage of this forum Take a screenshot in game of the property, the property panel and include somewhere in the screenshot the /seen date of the user to prove inactivity. Post those screenshots in a topic located on this forum. Within the topic include all 3 screenshots and include the owners account name in writing on the topic. This allows us to use the search function to find where the properties went at a later date. Contact a SAHA agent in game via /checksaha after posting the inactive request. Rules & Regulations You may only request 2 inactive properties per calendar week This resets on Mondays at midnight, e.g. you can request two properties on Sunday and another two on Monday, then you must wait a week (until Monday) before you can request another. Inactive requests should be made on the forums We've had issues in the past where people have been kicked from the clan and housing for putting up properties for sale in game on users who were not inactive. It's crucial to keep this aspect on forums so we know properties are not being taken unfairly. SAHA agents are not permitted to handle inactive requests in game. If they find a shitty inactive property they are more than welcome to put it up for sale themselves but NOT if another player has asked them to do so. First person to make a correct topic has the claim on the property An owner is officially inactive if he has not logged in one month. We work this based on the same corresponding day the following month. If someone goes inactive on July 2nd his properties may be requested on August 2nd at 00:00 and not a minute before. Where a month does not have an exact date, it is the same corresponding date. A player inactive on March 31st would be inactive on May 1st, as there is no April 31st. A player inactive on January 31st would be inactive on March 3rd (on a non-leap year). Any false requests will be removed. Requests must be sorted within 48 hours of them being made Any SAES member or SAHA member can sort these requests for you. If you fail to get the request sorted within 48 hours of you posting it, it will be removed and the property will be put up for general sale. If you request a property and you are unable to buy the property If the SAHA agent goes to sort it to you for any reason, you are no longer entitled to the property. This includes not having the money for the property and more importantly having too many houses. The property will be left in a "for sale" state and is no longer a SAHA issue. One request per topic If you wish to request more than one property, you must create separate topics. The exception to this rule is if you are posting properties for public sale (i.e. not claiming them for yourself), in which case you are politely asked to group them together in a single topic as to avoid the forum being flooded with requests. Properties owned by inactive SAES members cannot be requested If approved by SAES HQ, properties owned by inactive members will be put up for auction at random intervals. You can find a list of SAES members here. Properties of inactive users which are already on sale may be requested In this case the market value will be made that of the properties' max price value. Properties will still be sold if the inactive user logs on after a request topic is made Inactive requests are deemed valid or invalid at the time of the request being made, not when the request is actioned. If a user is inactive at the time of the request, but logs in before the request is actioned, the request is still valid and the property will be sold per the SAHA inactive property request guidelines. Do not bypass the 10 second cooldown for topic creation in this forum Trying to have two chances to claim a property - this is considered abusing the system. If you make two topics within 10 seconds, the second request will be invalid. Inactive property requests created by suspicious accounts may be denied When SAHA agents suspect an account is being used for abusive purposes such as property hoarding, multiaccounting, circumventing the property or request limit, etc, then the agent may consult the SAHA team. Consulting the SAHA team may lead to a denial of the inactive property request if the purpose of the request is deemed abusive.

This forum is intended to be used as advertising space, to receive maximum exposure for any properties you intend to auction ingame. Please take note of the following changes for those not familiar with the new system. SAHA will no longer monitor bids or chase buyers once the auction is over. Bids are to be made directly to the owner. You are no longer required to post them. There is no longer a 48 hour limit. The seller decides when to end the auction and which bid to accept. All topics are archived after 2 weeks regardless whether it has been sold, or after 1 week of no bids being made to keep things tidy. We will continue to offer a middleman service to players who request it. We will not deal with any reports where players have been scammed without the use of a middleman. You have been warned. PLEASE NOTE: The above applies to player made auctions only. We will still be moderating SAHA auctions (posted by SAHA members and pinned to the top of this forum for visibility). You can only win one SAHA auction per calendar week (Mon-Mon). After winning a SAHA auction, you have 48 hours to claim the property. Fake Bidding on SAHA auctions or Failure to Claim Properties you have won from SAHA auctions will result in an Auctions ban of 6 months AND a 25% fine of the total amount of your fake bid. For example, if you fake bid 100m you will be fined 25m. If you in any way circumvent this ban, e.g. through proxy bidding - the ban will extend to the proxy bidder. The property or properties will be confiscated and no refund will be issued. If after 48 hours the property goes unclaimed, it will go to the next bidder, which also makes them liable should they not claim the property in the timeframe provided. You have been warned - do not bid on any property you don't intend to purchase. re; SAHA Auctions In order to not have to state this in each topic it will be stated here you are only allowed to win 1 SAHA auction per week winning multiple leads to the fines above being applied SAHA auctions / auctions in general. If you increase the bid by a tiny amount, it will not count. We do not want to encourage a spam post war of increasing by $1 every post. You have been warned.
