Describe SAM in your own words: (Not less than 30 words) SAM was created by Joe Valachi. SAM is are the first dedicated team of medics on the server. SAM's first goal is making good RPs with other groups. Now SAM fighting with corruption in San Fierro. This is very hard because they have a insufficient equipment.
What is the SAM motto: Always there when you need us most.

For how long have you been playing as a paramedic on the server?: i always spawn as paramedic or trucker in my free time
Mention one rule that applies to the "Paramedic" spawn: We need maximum 3 wanted level to spawn as a Paramedic.
Mention one rule that applies to SAM Paramedic: We can't go TURFs as a medic if our gang in the turf war.

How would you respond to criticism by a superior: its not that big of a deal for me
Why exactly are you applying today: cause i got friends in sam and it would be nice if i help you guys with the activities also i like rp's and sam stuff (healing and res people)
What are your strengths and weaknesses? My strengths is that i'm respectful and chill guy also when i love something i will continue doing it no matter what i'm a hardworker my weakness is that i dont like getting ignored or (injustice)
Why should we accept you to our team? I can help SAM in much activities i like to do different things in this server i will do my best for this group to raise it.
