This is the official topic listing the tracks which will be used for LoungeVC Race-Wars!

Firstly, for the publics information.
The tracks which are listed below will all be hosted in the main dimension. Which means you will have other players around and so but do not worry, the races will be held in the main dimension purely because we will be using the 'Race script' for these events thanks to @Jay
Once in the race there will be no collisions enabled so you can race to your hearts content.

How to register your team for the upcoming seasonal Race-Wars?

Firstly, you must have a Team Captain. Then 2 other drivers hand picked by the team captain. So in general as stated in the rules all teams must have 3 Main drivers .

Once you have your team, you then need to think of a name, firstly read the rules about team names in our 'Race-Wars | RULES' topic so you qualify to register.

Once you have your team captain & 2 other drivers and a team name, you come here and fill out a registration form for your team.

(Only the team captain may fill out an application form for the team.)

Once this registration form has been filled out, the team captain needs to contact the Lounge Staff either in-game or through our discord to pay an entry fee of $1,000,000 PER TEAM. This is to cancel out any events that has happened in the past where a team registers but then cancels last minute. We cannot have teams register who aren't taking this seriously, once you register you pay the entry fee and you will be entered into the seasonal Race-Wars Tournament.

Once the entry fee has been paid, you enter the tournament and no matter what happens either you are disqualified or lose the tournament your money WILL BE TRANSFERRED BACK to you. This is as I mentioned above to prevent any miscommunication and errors in the tournament. Thank you for understanding.

HOWEVER, if you do register, pay the entry fee & still do decide to cancel your registration & not show up to the tournament, the money will NOT be returned to you & will be calculated into Lounge Venture Capital stocks.

Betting rules are subject to change.

◆ Bets on teams and/or drivers can be made only before the tournament and no longer than an hour before the tournament starts  and not during the tournament.

◆ In order to confirm your bet contact one of the Bet Services in game or on discord. Click HERE and check the members of the Bet Services.

◆ You have to bet at least $500,000. The bet limit is $100,000,000.

◆You are not allowed to talk with any of the teams having a match which you are betting for. Any type of scams will end up in a ban from all Lounge activities and a report to the SAES Staff team.

◆ No one except Lounge Employees can confirm your bet. Thus, do not give your money to someone outside Lounge Venture Capital. Check out our official roster or visit our DISCORD for more information.

◆ You cannot cancel your bet once it has been confirmed. BET AT YOUR OWN RISK.

◆ You can not change your bet details after its confirmation. However, you can make a second bet.

◆ You have a 4 days period to withdraw your winnings from Lounge Employees. After 4 days your winnings will be canceled and calculated into company stocks. So, do not approach us after 4 days to withdraw your winnings.

◆ Always make screenshots when you send your money. Usually it takes us 1 to 12 hours to confirm your bet on the topic. We're humans, remember that! If it may take longer feel free to contact any Lounge Employee for the status.

◆ If a team decides not to participate in the match one day before, we will straight cancel it and the match will not be recorded. You will be fully refunded and you shouldn't expect us to declare other team as a winner and pay you the prize.

◆ You are a professional gambler. Do not cry for your money if you lose the bet. That is on you! Not on us.

◆ Teams must have a team captain & 2 drivers. Total of 3 per team.

◆ Each team has 3 primary , You cannot change those. Exceptions can be made. However, do not be disappointed if we cannot accept it in some occasions.

◆ Points will be tallied up for drivers individually. The points for the teams will be all of the drivers combined. There's two titles to claim: The drivers championship and the team championship.

◆ On the round start players are asked to stand still, not move around and to follow instructions at ALL times. Failure to do so may lead to your teams disqualification.

◆ Host Services have rights to change/stop the match according to the situation.

◆ The whole team has to be spawned as either Team Blue or Team Red. Do not abuse the spawn given to you. Do not leave Lounge's base with said classes.

◆ Tournament winners will be decided on the total points occurred.

◆ Do not troll around - attend the race in a serious manner. Unprofessional actions or rage will end up in a disqualification and as well count as a loss with 0 points.

◆ Each team must pay an entry fee of ($1,000,000). The entry fee is to prevent any errors as has happened previously to prevent your team from cancelling registration last minute and/or not showing up without a valid reason. The entry fee is transferred back to the team after the teams elimination/tournament end.

◆ Cancelling registration without valid reason last minute will REVOKE your right to the $1,000,000 ENTRY FEE & it will NOT be returned to you.

◆ Make sure to pay the entry fee to LOUNGE MEMBERS ONLY. We are not responsible for your money if you send it somewhere else. Visit our discord to see the official & Up to date roster of Lounge Venture Capital.

EARNING POINTS

Your team/drivers can earn points during the tournament to rack up and maybe even clutch a win, so coming first in a race isn't the only way to win, if your driver messed around, isn't listening to instructions, loses points & does unprofessional actions the team/driver will lose points & may lead to your team losing the round even if the driver comes first in a race.
