SR percentage needs to be faster

Enable headshot when both are inside the SR zone for the Special Groups

Also I would say that LV deliver point needs a fix as Samuel made low-end PC players lag much more there with his donation vehicles (there is already casino to bring lag)

Maybe adding 2 new locations in each city would also be good as its too much repetitive, would work like SR nowadays, randomly chosen.
