The people in this list are all armed and very dangerous terrorists, and they are all wanted either dead or alive. He is the reason behind CLO members aiding local gangs to hit banks all around San Andreas. Local gangs don't usually try to hit banks without CLO assistance lately because they rely on their experience and strength. He is also responsible for numerous homicides of DE soldiers and police officers alongside many other felonies. ^[] ~[2)]~(red) Coldplay [ @ColdPlay ] Bounty: ~[$]~(lime) 1.500.000 One of the founders and high ranked members of JUMBO Klan and Outbreak Organisation. He has the power to gather dozens of men by using his power in his crime organisations. He is the man behind the kidnappings that have recently occurred in San Andreas and is also responsible for breaking masses of people out of Los Santos jail as well as many other felonies. ^[] ~[3)]~(red) Westbrook [ @Westbrook ] Bounty: ~[$]~(lime) 1.250.000 Westbrook is one of the most prominent hitmen of the notorious gang that is known as Black Bullets. He plays an important role in their turf wars against other gangs. It is also known that he is one of the oldest and most dangerous terrorists of CLO. ^[] ~[4)]~(orange) Andrew [ @Legendary4Life ] Bounty: ~[$]~(lime) 1.000.000 Associated with the local gang called The Outfit and Outbreak Organisation. According to rumors he has so many stiffs that you could make a way from LV to SF with all the dead bodies. ^[] ~[5)]~(orange) Solrac [ @MrSolrac ] Bounty: ~[$]~(lime) 750.000 Solrac, having been involved in the vast majority of recent bank robberies in San Andreas. He spends the money of the San Andreas people by gambling with members of the gang called The Outfit, which he seems to be in charge of. ^[] ~[6)]~(orange) Velo [ @Velona ] Bounty: ~[$]~(lime) 750.000 One of the founders and high ranked members of Outbreak and JUMBO Klan, is still at the top of these two organizations. Although according to some rumors Velo, who has recently been a part of the CLO team, has started to live a calmer life now, but don't let this mislead you, he is very dangerous just as anyone else in this list. ^[] ~[7)]~(orange) Hari [ @Hari ] Bounty: ~[$]~(lime) 500.000 Hari, the leader of the mafia called Underground Empire, is the worst nightmare of the gangs which are against them. He is known for his strong will and determination in turf wars. ^[] ~[8)]~(yellow) Honer [ @Honer112 ] Bounty: ~[$]~(lime) 250.000 Honer, one of the high ranked members of CLO, appears on the list to stand trial for many kidnappings and murders. He is also one of the leading members of Black Bullets according to the intelligence we have received. ^[] ~[9)]~(yellow) Kockata [ @kockata ] Bounty: ~[$]~(lime) 250.000 Kockata is one of the bosses of the gang that is Hell Soldiers, which seems to be in the lead of the drug traffic in San Andreas. At the same time he is one of the most dangerous members of CLO. ^[] ~[10)]~(yellow) Draven [ @Draven ] Bounty: ~[$]~(lime) 250.000 Draven is the name who runs the secret gang named Organization Zero behind a front company of a motorbike gallery.
