  1. sorted the vehicles. awaiting for saha for icons and also awaiting for a wrap. :)
  2. Shamal placed at LVAP, icon was placed by Element. :)
  3. custom wrap added :)
  4. @ammar The current prison state you see will be in probationary for a month. After that, you'll see some changes :)
  5. @nishki I checked it out and as much as the suggestion sounds interesting, we want to keep the vent/minigame system outside of the cell area. We want to expand on the idea of allowing OB to use the minigame, considering they have an easier version of the minigame. ;)
  6. @cheess Already working on it :D
  7. @karim I can tag you in all the messages they've sent if you want, plus Zwolle (the guy who mapped the jail) has told me that criminals are enjoying it much more. I think maybe if you read some topics regarding the jail, you'll see people have said they enjoy it.
  8. @kirosa We can look into that for sure! :D
  9. @wendo The skills you use to defend a bank rob, no? I remember being a criminal and the amount of teamwork it takes to defend each corner of the bank. So, wheres that teamwork gone? Is it because it got a little harder you immediately want to change back to the old jail? There is no favour in the police side. Both sides have 3 ways in or out, this was mapped by a criminal and was approved by other criminals. Things will be changed, but not reverted.
  10. @hatchet Which gates would you like to remove/speed up? We are going to adjust them and the cell door open times, we're thinking of putting the marker in a safer position for criminals. But we just need to know which ones you think would help more when it comes to removing gates :D
  11. Hi Law, not sure if you read the topic about the New Jail I ever so kindly wrote, but in the replies I actually included specific reasons as to why this was implemented within the new jail. Put down your controller for a second and pause mario and allow me to explain. As someone has stated before on this topic, the last jail was just one corridor of criminals and cops shooting at each other. If you managed to get past, it'd be luck. We don't want that anymore, we want to see skill and strategy. As you know, jails aren't easy to break into. But, with team (and maybe a brain) you'd be able to get in and out easy. I understand that it might be hard, but if you were to gather a whole group of criminals you would easily take it over. When it first went live, cops were camping in the control room and criminals were trying to take over. Within a couple minutes, as I spectated, criminals easily outsmarted them and were able to take over. Regarding the vent taking your HP, we put this within the jail to prevent people from going afk or blocking the vent to either avoid arrest or to just be a dick. Taking your HP would allow afk people to die and be put back into your cell. This also means that the efforts of the person 'cracking' the vent so to say, wouldn't be a waste with someone just standing in the middle and blocking the whole system. You might see this as unfair, but rather having someone in mainchat asking an admin to slap someone for blocking the vent, we had it take your health instead. There are two ways to break out, by the red doors or by the vent. The vent is the new way to break out and it would be riskier than using the red doors. This new jail is on an probationary period and will be adjusted in the coming month. Hearing feedback always helps us with improving the jail and some suggestions we've had, (like faster gates and doors) will be put within the new Jail once players have played around with it. Despite hearing your 'feedback' rushing to remove it only shows the lack of efforts you've given it to try and adjust. We knew that people would be unhappy, hence why we asked for feedback. We will not be removing the new jail and putting back in the old one. We will listen to what you have to say and we will change what you feel should be changed. Oh! and if you struggle with this new jail, this might help. https://saesrpg.uk/topic/24827/new-jail-how-to-jailbreak I'm expecting 8/8 Law.
  12. @malaleche Nope
  13. @immortal The new Jail has had more activity since adding in the new features. Cops and criminals have agreed that it is more of a challenge now, meaning they enjoy to jailbreak more. The whole idea of it being a maze is because there's many ways for the cops and criminals to enter/escape. The different markers also determine what difficulty the jailbreaker wants to do. It was also added to increase more fun for the cops. Not sure if you remember, but the last jail had one button to open the door and then the corridor was just a death zone. We don't want that anymore, we want creativity and more strategy behind the jailbreak. The markers will not be removed. They will be adjusted after the probationary period, but WILL NOT be removed. Some gates may be removed, but we were thinking more increasing/decreasing the speed for all moving gates.
  14. @adistar We tried it out on the test server, where we gave some SAES members and Zwolle the code for. Bare in mind, the jail was mapped by a criminal (Zwolle) and it was approved by other clan members who were also criminals. They gave us feedback and we changed some stuff before putting it live. What you see now is just a probationary period before we make more changes. We're expecting more feedback before we change some stuff, however we already know what is going to be changed and what isn't.
  15. @zabo Well, it just seems to me that you're struggling to jailbreak. May I suggest you just play cop instead, maybe it'll be a little easier for you. Oh and Nano and myself have played around with the jail. In fact, we did before it went live. Thanks for the suggestion, but we managed. If you want something easier, play cop or just play as a bin man ;)
  16. @zabo I genuinely have no idea what you're trying to say
  17. @garcia Kill arrest will stay in the new jail. It was in the old one and will remain.
  18. @zabo I don't really think you understand what I meant by that.. When cops are in the control room, you are still able to jail break behind their back using the vent. That's assuming if the cell doors are open. Besides that, there's 3 exits out of the jail so the fact that one of the spawns is close to the marker doesn't mean you can't get out undetected. Adding on, there are two ways to break out. It's not just the minigame.
  19. @garcia We have considered moving the cell doors faster and like mentioned before, we are going to change the jail in future updates. Suggestions will be considered. But we do want it to be harder for criminals. For the time being, we just want to test what works and see how it plays out before making changes straight away. Adding onto that, having someone at the minigame with others defending would be a much easier option. The room is rather tucked away in the corner, meaning it would take a moment for the cops to even notice and find where you are, let alone respond to you jbing. This also brings into the fact that the vent would allow more players through, meaning that it would be an easier escape. You can argue that the minigame is a waste of time you can just use the markers, but its up to how the player wants to play and what to do. Just think smart.
  20. @ammar The minigame was implemented so that the vent wouldn't be too easy of an way out. When you think about it, if you compile a team, one person can work on the minigame and the others could defend him and then once that's done they'd all be free from within the jail. The vent was also a good idea because it would allow criminals to escape behind cops back. The minigame so far is only a probationary period, but we are thinking of tweaking it in the future. Regarding the corridors and three entrances, we had a had one choke point which was basically a death zone. We thought having more choke points would allow a more strategic and fun gameplay. In the previous jail, there were three entrances for cops too. LS Jail will never die. It is the most active in game and after updating the jail, we've had more active jailbreaks and more activity revolving the jail than ever. A lot of people can argue that they dislike the jail, but this will allow you as players to plan and team up to help jailbreak.
  21. @hatchet Previously jailbreaks were far too easy on criminals, which is why we wanted it to be far more difficult. This does work as intended, however for future plans (more likely after players have played around within the new jail for a bit) we are looking into changing some things to give criminals a little bit of an advantage. However, as I stated previously, this is a jail and it isn't intended to be easy ! If you gather enough criminals, it would be an easy take over :) But so far, we are just experimenting to see what works before we make changes.
  22. @kuby I understand what you're getting at and I can also see that this may frustrate you. The whole idea of the minigame is because we wanted to make it difficult for you to break people out alone. I think some people do forget that this is a jail and that it will prove to be somewhat hard. But if you compile a team, together you can regain it. Regarding the vent taking your HP, this was designed to prevent people from camping in there, being afk or deciding to sell which would block the whole vent system. We want something that would make the player get out without having a blocked passage. I love the feedback you gave! But we had these ideas to help with preventing what happened previously in the old jail design. We are working on fixing and improving the minigame, but currently the markers and games you see are just a probationary period to see how the players would react and how this would help improve gameplay :)
  23. vehicles and money rewarded, waiting for saha with an interior :D thank you for donating <3
