  1. Since many people like to sell houses ingame why not get a script to make ingame auctions , like the old inactive script in the SAHA building


    Playr goes to the SAHA Building and enter the marker and is able to check all houses for auction and the GUI of each one of them


    Playr Places a bid on the one and the money gets taken from is acc


    When the playrs gets out bidded all the money returns to him and he can get a notification


    Once the auction is over the house gets placed on is acc directly if he won


    The Seller is able to choose a time limit for the auction and all this is done automaticly


    This could also be applied to Vehicles
