I work as a private security on a building that allows us to use our personal PCs so thats why i get to be online for so many hours since i can go anywhere and i have the PC with me i just fire up MTA and chill around with people and sometimes make some fun stuff mainly at night time saes since thats the main time i play at now adays doe to work.
Previous (legitimate) punishments on the server:Since the beggining i can say maybe 10 adminjails max
Previous (legitimate) bans:Got banned once for a month for taking parto f a server using stolen script witch i later left theyr community and got unbanned on saes

I can see this making the night time gameplay a bit more fun as people will be able to do either events for fun or just ramps/dms or god knows what to pass the time whidout actually having to involve money something just for the lolz
after reading this i see that many of the command are about the abuse
Well adds can be sorted by giving a timer and only allowing one person at the time to place them
Gameplay wise this wont affect u so the dual weapons and knife commant dosent make sence as those would affect everyone gameplay
dosent have to replace the grour after all everyone liked that there a public refuel system that came to compet with ALT and CLO but we just picked up the activity a bit more and showed that we still are banging that shit
So just cause this was to be impletmented would never replace LWS for reasons above (the trust facter of having a middle man on a restric group making sure no scams happen, and making sure theres no favoritims in the event for is friend to win)
So my vote is positive on this since i recently started playing more during the night time and like i said this can brign a new life to night time life

Roleplaying according to protocol is something that SWAT doesn't do. Even when you manage to pull over a suspect you can easily roleplay bringing him to the jail, done USUALLY on all SERIOUS roleplay servers. So yeah, SWAT does not roleplay during their arrests.

About what you mentioned, true, this is not a strict rp server but it doesn't mean that usual players should have the chance to ruin every single pullover roleplay by just pulling up to you and arresting your suspect.

This is an RPG server, which means that the RP is part of it, but not a must.

SWAT dosent patrol in RL means SWAT patroling aint RP but we cant just sit in base all day shooting at targets pratecing can we?
I agree RP is apart of the server thats why SWAT got a RP part people just ignore them and all they want is pull overs but since we cant be like FULL RP (cause of what i mentioned before) we need to do something that would fit SWAT (the bumm rush arrest) or a criminal/cop hidding 2000 ammo on is pockets is RP?
On this server you can never follow RP by 100% u need to addapt and make the best out of what u can thats just my look on it

Leave the special shit to people who wanna spend time on cop side (PC and all PC locked spawn) and let criminals or people (like me ) that dont wanna have to spend time making apply then have to make tests and shit just to be able to use a car that can keep up with now adays SAES vehicles

If you're an experienced player with solid amount of time spent in game you would not simply and plainly want to chase wanted players and arrest them without the tiniest chance or idea of offering a roleplay. There are other options, SWAT for an instance doesn't offer roleplay during their arrests.

Regarding your complains, it would make things easier for EXPERIENCED players with DECENT amount of hours and ENOUGH brains to not to RANDOMLY arrest LEFT and RIGHT ruining ALL the roleplays. What I offer is an "EASY" for once again an "EXPERIENCED" member to get access to "DECENT" vehicles.
And restrict it from the use of abusive and annoying players which have 0 interest in respecting other players.

Crash, I play serious roleplay and I can ensure you that is not roleplay.

Firstly, how would you know they are wanted (roleplay) unless they committed the crime in front of you? That is why cops pull over to find out someones name via their ID from which they can determine if they have committed a crime or not by searching their name and details through a police database.

So as cops do this in real life, if you done that in the game than you are roleplaying as a cop.

Now I understand that in real life SWAT is known for turning up fully armed and equipped to take people down so I can understand why you guys do that as your 'roleplay' ingame however SWAT don't patrol in police cars in real life, so its not really roleplay.

TBH this is a roleplaying game not a actual serious roleplay server, not like it used to be. So do whatever you want. I just wanted to point that out.

There u go you play on a "real role-play" this is a RPG not everything will be 100 realistic other wise how can a medic revive someone that got shot 500 times,or how can someone be mailed by getting killed.

Sherap I don't see the why add another way for criminals to make money and to be honest don't see the why it's not fair.
Criminals are 2x times and he cops on the server.
If they get killed they get 50% less time.
They can make money out of BR/SR/Selling/delivery/pbr
Cops earn money from arresting and stoping SR and per closing the safes in a pbr ( only 1 cop can get the reward of the safe)
After all this sherap tell me why criminals need more ways to make money

The why we would patrol if you notice you won't see anyone patrolling with any other spawn the "General Agent"we thought if we are going to go on the role of capturing dangerous criminals then it should be field agent's.
Another reason is to show more that the group ain't dead and give police a chance to join us and show they're team work and skills as we rather keep rps and training's a private scene
I hope this clears on why would hls arrest like cops
PS: keep in mind we only go for people that are 36+ done a br or killed someone in front of us being a special group we got rules to follow to be able to keep that police role

HLS works on 2 different main roles
Cop side ( hls members hunts down highly dangerous criminals that have regular forces can't capture) and the spying part of HLS.
Hls got special vehicles armor and special script that's why it's required a spawn you can not compar a group that's basically a traffic police to a group that handles highly confidential information
