I agree with what @Weppo has to say. The securicar is very slow and it is very easy for a criminal to attack, due to its slow acceleration and poor ramming power. I can confidently say that it takes just 2-3 crims to attack a money transporter. I feel that the Enforcer is a much more suitable candidate for the Money Transporting role, as it has all the qualities of a good armored truck; top speed, acceleration, armor, it has it all and will be balanced, especially when criminals can just chase you with an SGT, which is way faster than the securicar. If the securicar is to be kept as the standard vehicle, I suggest adding NOS and some more armor to it, just to make it less vulnerable, especially when it lacks ramming power, which is very much needed. And blocking the drop-offs is such a lame tactic. A transporter reaches the end of his drop and sees a road train blocking the only access point to the SF mint. Blocking should not be allowed, for both crims and cops.
