I wore my sun-glasses and started my patrolling. While patrolling, I saw a strange coloured car, it looked like a gang member's car. I stopped him for checking ID and driving license. I looked for him in SAI database and found nothing interesting about citizen. For my question, why the car is coloured in gang member's colour, I got an answer, that citizen just likes such colours.
