Title: Stealing motorcycles from Rebels MC Participants: @Gengar, @bachwa, @Fugitive, @Draven, @Nemesis, @Brooklyn, @Raid & mechanic Jorge Story: After Organization Zero has been away from San Andreas, Gengar and Draven went on to check Organization Zero car shops and vehicle parts stock. In that small inspection, they found out that Organization Zero stock has been depleted and lacks some motorcycle parts. Gengar and Draven decided to refill the stock and went on to scout nearby places for parts. Few miles from San Fierro car shop, in Blueberry, Red County, they found Rebels MC club house with several bikes being parked completely unprotected. Two of them called five other Organization Zero members and they stole total of six Freeways from Rebels MC garage, which were later taken to Organization Zero base where they were taken apart by mechanic from Cuban Cars named Jorge. Parts were stored in secure location from where they would be distributed to all Organization Zero garages across San Andreas. Pictures: ::: :::
  2. June, 2016: Organization Zero decided it's time to stop obtaining weapons for mas distribution from other sources and start producing their own weapons. Therefore, entire gang packed up and moved to China, leaving but a few members in San Andreas; just barely enough to keep headquarters, all their turfs and businesses in check. Rest of the gang was busy buying huge piece of land near Padawgyi, China and sorting all paperwork for establishing their own weapons factory. February, 2019: After almost two and a half years of absence, Organization Zero came back to state of San Andreas to set all their affairs in order. Weapons factory in China was finally completed, which allowed Organization Zero to smuggle in almost endless stocks of high quality weapons for mass distribution, with even more waiting just to be brought in. And this is where our todays story begin Title: Storing new weapons Participants: @Gengar & @Draven Story: Shipment from China has arrived in a big cargo ship, which was transported to Organization Zero warehouse in San Fierro bay.   3. Maybe with addition that player looses every day 10% of selling price as tax while property is on sale and even if it's a business, property desn't generate daily income while it's on sale. That way, players won't put 20k property on sale for 20mils, because every day someone doesn't buy their property, they are loosing 200k.
  4. I'd rather make implementation of system that you can store anything you buy in any spawn, then making 2 separate spawns just to buy weapons. The system would have info on which weapons you spawn with and how much ammo do you spawn with. Then, when you want to store it, if you have more then you spawn with, you can store it. For example, you spawn with 200 bullets of combat shotgun, but you currently have 1000 bullets with you. System would allow you to store 800 bullets of combat shotgun, or any other shotgun, if you hold sawn-off, for example. I, personally, don't even buy weapons at all, since I already spawn with all the ammo I need. But I see your point, though, I'm not sure I like the idea of 2 spawns.
  5. Every organization should have a warehouse. It's a place where they store their stuff. However, there shouldn't be any rule which enforces that, it should be up to organizations themselves if they actually wish to have one, or not. I'm pretty confident that every organization which wishes to have warehouse already has at least one already anyway. As far as making weapons go, gangs do not make weapons. Gangs which have role of arms dealer are stealing those weapons from poorly guarded military warehouses and places which suffered from recent war and have plenty of weapons left over. Either that, or gangs simply buy weapons they want to sell from black market, corrupted military officials, or directly from factory which makes weapons, if they have someone inside on their payroll. @kipt forget KATLA. That's not a thing anymore and SAES should be focused on maintaining this server we have. Not on some folktales about perfect server in development.

Some journey this was. 14th August, 2013 is the date when Organization Zero gang panel was created and yesterday was the 5th anniversary of our lovely gang official creation. I won't take much of your time, just making short announcement about a birthday that even we forgot, being caught up in our preparations for achieving level 5.
  8. @starwars That's all a fair point, but all you mentioned can be done without a spawn. PC can do their role plays with police officer trainee spawn without any problems. Just one example. SAM can do their role pretty fine with public Paramedic spawn. CLO and DE, on the other side, are locked to special vehicles no other players should have access to. SAFD has access to fire placement, so they too need a spawn which will lock away that ability from people who can't be trusted... and so on. Hope you get what I mean with this. I don't mind group existence, all of them can and should be around. All I'm saying is they don't need special spawn just for them when spawns accessible to public have everything they need to do their role plays and even jobs for groups that have jobs. And limiting number of groups for players, I'm sorry, but that is a stupid idea. Why restrict people to enjoy themselves in multiple groups if they really like them all? Not all players with multiple groups are collectors.

  10. @filex I believe that you would still have applicants. True, not as much as you have with spawn, but at least, you'll have people who are truly interested in that role and are not there just to have another group on their portfolio. But that's just my opinion.
  11. If it was up to me personally, many groups from server wouldn't even have their official status. Not because they don't do enough activities, but simply, because I don't see reason for many groups here to have their own spawn, vehicles, mapping,... DE, CLO, G6, LWS, ZIP, SAFD, SAi and government related groups are, imo, the only groups which need to have their own spawn (even government related groups are debatable), since they have special abilities (be it access to construction panel, or access to special vehicles, or some other special access) with which not everyone can and should be trusted. Every other group doesn't have a reason to have separate spawn. Those who enjoy chilling out together and doing job as a group have plenty of unrestricted spawns they can use. I don't see a single reason why do we need ProCops group, with so many squads which recruit anyone that enjoys working as police officer and who does that job very good. I'm sure even starting squads would appreciate removal of PC, since they wouldn't have to meet requirement of certain number of PC officers in squad to level up. SAP can use any civilian, or criminal spawn for their role, for example. SAM can use Paramedic spawn for their role. Centrino can use Taxi driver spawn for their role. I don't know exactly now which other groups we have on server, but pretty much all groups have nothing to restrict from general public, meaning they can all use any public spawn for their activities. People who enjoy doing role plays will do them in general civilian spawn without any problems. Players that are there just to collect as many official groups as they can are not even desired in any group lead by someone with any common sense as they are there just to show off in their first day, then lay there for rest of their time contributing nothing towards the group. Restructuring group system in this way would give chance for quality groups to rise and have fun, even without spawns, bases and other stuff that comes with it. Those who are there just to show off their power by being HQs of certain groups would be replaced by those who are willing to provide some quality entertainment for their group. Members who are here only to collect groups would be replaced by members who are enjoying the role of those groups to their full potential. From my point of view, system would be generally beneficial in all aspects. Though, I guess many would disagree with this and I'm all open to hear other opinions as well.

When gang gets created and their official topic is posted, they decide on their unique role, which can be chopping stolen cars and selling parts, getting hired as assassins, collecting parts and crafting motorcycles from it, robbing houses and stores, kidnapping people, and so on. Yet, every single one gang that has settled for one of these roles chooses selling weapons, or drugs as their job when they get the job reward. I think GMs should enforce gang jobs to be within the role on their topics. Enforcing more sensible role playing. Media archives on this forum are filled with role plays which are done just for sake of having enough role plays to level up, completely disregarding original role of organizations participating in that role. Gang A has role of crafting and selling top quality weapons, yet they do role play where they buy weapons from gang B, which original role is selling stolen car parts. There is only quantity and little to none quality in role plays, which shouldn't be encouraged by GMs. Properties placed on gang panel should reflect role of organization and be used in role plays by organization. These days, properties are placed on gang account just for sake of owning the good properties without any meaning for them. Either that, or safe keeping properties owned by inactive members of that organization. Gang bases should reflect gang role. Street hustlers don't have base in mansions, nor do mafia keep dead cops in plain sight. Speaking of which, mappings are approved to lightly. Skyscrapers don't fit in rural area and mansions shouldn't go right next to highway. Dead cops are fun to have around, but they shouldn't be placed where anyone can see them miles away from base. Allow organizations to have mapping in more properties which they own. Ofc, keeping the limit of 15kb for entire mapping. But if organization made their base within 10kb, why not allow them that extra 5kb to be used for mapping of their warehouse in another city, for example?

  15. Didn't go trough all the posts here, but I assume this means marker killing? If that's the case, I'm all up for allowing it, under condition that everyone has 2 seconds of protection after warping trough marker.
  16. @StarWars ignoring my first post regarding this idea, leaves us with simple impounding that is already happening on regular basis. Only difference would be that more people would have access to move away your vehicle and make it unusable for you until you pay.

I like this whole idea but that part is cruel af lol True, but then again, criminals are cruel. Plus, this will help regulating money on the server.
