    Description: My Night shift just Started I was doing some Computer work When I receive an Emergency Call from a Hiker that he fell in the middle of "MC TOP" Mountain when he was trying to climb it, the Road was too hard for an Ambulance so I took my Helicopter to not lose time and went to him when I get there I found him laying on his back and a lot of blood coming out from his knee, so I cover his wound with a bandage and I took him to the hospital as fast as I can, when I get there I put him under the X-rays to check if there is any Crack, and actually, I found a huge crack on his knee so I put an orthosis on him and told him that he has to stay here a couple of weeks till he gets better.

    Description: It was a sunny day I was on my shift when I received a Emergency call from an old woman that he fell down the stairs, so I took my ambulance and I went to her as fast as I can, when I get there I found her lying on the floor, I checked her if there is any blood leak out and I realized that there is no blood are leaking out, so I took my Stretcher and put the old women carefully on it and put it on the ambulance to take her to L.S Hospital when I get there I put her under the scanner to see if there is any Crack on her bonne after the result comes out I found there she is fine just a little Sprained ankle I gave her some Analgesics and some Vitamins and I call her Son to take her home
