    This is for you if you're having trouble with your frame rate, it keeps dropping, or the game isn't running smoothly. I just wanted to offer a YouTube link that improved my game's frame rate to help those experiencing bad fps. You basically receive a faster frame rate performance in exchange for setting your textures, quality, etc. to **LOW**.
    **NOTE** Make sure to have a clean game, NO MODS, NO CLEOS.
    **NOTE** if you have a mod sniper crosshair, it'll mess it up a little bit. 
    **NOTE** Don't worry about the HUD crosshair, it'll remain the same.

    [CHANGE] - Enable Requesting Properties owned by inactive SAES members

    What’s the point in disallowing us as community players to request properties owned by inactive SAES members?
    Most of the properties owned by inactive SAES members are usually good locations. 

    Providing your community players with these properties who actually spend time on the server daily playing and providing services to the server such as creating new gangs/groups/donating/etc. We're not doing these tasks and waiting for something in return, we're doing them for the fun/love of the game. So, instead why not giving it out to the people who actually cares.

    New players, or players who recently came back from inactivity are usually having problems on searching for a new property at a specific location. For example searching for a property near banks/jail are nearly impossible. Otherwise you're going to buy a far property making u take more time to respond to such activities.

    Player SAES Career Information :
    -How long have you been playing on SAES? : Since 2015, but use to be inactive.
    -Do you have past experience with other gangs/squads/companies?(name them) : ThC and SAFP
    -If yes, explain the reasons why you left/got kicked from each of them :
    ThC When I started playing in the server, I joined ThC and stayed there for 2 years probably, then I switched to cops side because I found cops more fun and I didnt try cops side before. So, I wanted to have a new experience. I left on good terms with ThC.
    SAFP After I joined SAFP I stayed 2 years doing my job which is arresting, 3 days ago I spawned as a Criminal. I couldnt handle not switching because Ive missed being a Criminal and doing criminals activities which are Bank robs/Turf wars/SR/etc... I left on good terms with SAFP.
    -Have you ever been banned from SAES (if yes, please explain) : Yes, I was banned long time ago. I use to be admin on a copycat server of SAES with my friends. But, afterwards made a ban appeal and got unbanned.
    -What groups are you currently part of ? : None

    Personality Information :
    -What makes you special over the others and why should we accept you? : When it comes to people getting asked what they are special about they always go for saying that they are skilled and can drive good. But, I myself, look at it from another way. I see that its all about maturity, being respectful, being responsible for your actions, being patient, not breaking any rules, avoiding any arguments, and obeying to high ranked members. I do have those quantities; I have experience from years. I feel that I have the same vibe as Black Bullets, I would fit in only if you guys give me a chance to prove that I do deserve a spot in the gang. I will try my best to keep putting effort in the gang and keep raising my head up.


    -Explain in your own words the roleplay of Black~Bullets: Black Bullets is a professional assassin criminal organization, lots of dangerous gangs hire them because of their professionality of assassinating whether its a criminal, civilian, or a cop. They dont do nothing for free, their job is to eliminate, but before anything they discuss the money because what they are doing not anyone can do it, they are highly trained assassins. Black Bullets also serve all kinds of weapons, ammo, weapon repair, coating, and customizations. They are located at San Fierro, but they run business all around San Andreas.


    -Why did you apply specifically for Black~Bullets? : Black Bullets topic got me interested, I liked the backstory and mainly the roleplay. Also, theres lots of Egyptians out there, so I feel like I am in my home. Members are quite chill, they avoid any troubles, mature enough and like to roll in peace.


    -Do you know any B~B Member (as a friend), and did anyone recommend you to apply for us? : I do know Bodo, but I am the one who decided to apply for BB.
