Our Role and Purpose
Police Academy serves the purpose of educating the aspiring police officers and preparing them for their day-to-day duties as well as for the formal employment within the San Andreas Police Department, or potentially even its specialist divisions. The academy offers a carefully designed program consisting of several crucial tests and training sessions. Cadets will be led throughout the education by handpicked experienced veterans of the police force who will assure to lead by example and advice alike. Graduates are guaranteed to leave with a vast array of knowledge and prepared for whatever the career of a police officer may throw at them in the years to come.
Backstory
Created in the last quarter of 2023, the Police Academy came to be from a necessity to provide a suitable training course for the newly enlisted police personnel who are now facing what can only be described as a surprisingly deeply entrenched network of well organised criminal organisations. Crime within the state of San Andreas has within the past few years reached new heights that inexperienced trainees have a hard time dealing with. Brought to life by a former S.W.A.T. commander and run by an instructor team of experienced policemen, classrooms and polygons of the San Andreas' Police Academy look forwards to training generations of future police officers throughout many years to come - in preparation for what may yet escalate to become the bloodiest conflict between the law enforcement and criminal syndicates.
