@shah Good joker quote which is very true, I personally don't think there are many "real and good" friends in real life, not saying there are 0 but still most of them could be hanging around to use X person for something which I know from experience and best thing to do is to just leave them beacuse people who you hang around with is what you will become (toxic or good). You will gain nothing if you surround yourself with such people. Also something off-topic, there isn't many people willing to talk serious or get into those kinds of speeches in an online game. I've already told my opinion on opposite gender being your bestfriend so if anyone has something to add up would be nice to hear.

Yesteday it was interesting converstation about that topic. Sometimes people are afraid of taking step further first beacuse they don't know how it will end up being - or they are afraid that something negative will come out of it (getting rejected), which is normal for humans beacuse most of us think like that. You could say you never know until you do it but it does take some balls and time to do that specific thing. Some people might be afraid of doing that and some simply don't want to lose friendship and everything the two persons had while being friends/best-friends which is understandable aswell. There are different descriptions of a best friend - its not the same for everyone. From my point of view a best-friend wouldn't be someone who you'd go and have sexual relations with, it would be more called friends with benefits then if opposite gender is in question. A best-friend would be best for reasons beacuse you'd have that special bond which you don't have with your other friends. Expectations from a best friend would be something like being able to talk about everything and anything at all times, share some of private things/topics you're afraid to tell friends or your family beacuse you think they wouldn't understand you completely or would make fun out of you beacuse of some specific reason (making fun is connected to other friends not family) while you think best friend would be able to help and comfort you better than anyone beacuse of the bond you have. Some say male-female friendships are the best ones beacuse its two opposite genders that can talk about things from the way they see it and be able to understand things, e.g. Male friend likes one X female and doesn't really know how to approach or talk with her due to lack of understanding or for some other reason, having female best friend will be useful for him beacuse she's the one who can direct him to the right path and make things easier for him. That's point if they're strictly best friends without them having crush on each other. I don't think I can say more beacuse I wasn't in a situation where my best friend is also someone who I like, going with the flow (if its good) can be one of the things to go with unless there is some other things going on. The whole concept of liking your best friend who's opposite gender is much larger than we think but it's fun to talk about to help some people who would like to seek answers from someone who could have more experience.

Instead of making tons of unnecessary chats which players wont be able to follow all at once good thing would be to make something similar - in a style of vending machine near LVx (which is almost the most visited - passed by place on the server which most of people know) and place some kind of marker that would open up a bar that shows "Daily sales" where players can auction their houses/cars or something else that they offer on sale and things could be smoother that way. To make it even more easier categories can be added for each thing someone wants to sell - a player wants to sell his house - he puts ad for example one entire day and he pays certain price for it to stay on there (maybe add something where you pay more for your ad and its put on top of screen when players open "sales market"). That's just an idea that could make sales easier and me personally think it would help a lot to prevent people from spamming main chat aswell with "Selling ... for ..." and ads that disappear in few seconds.

~[Participants in The RP:]~(green) Worker-high ranked( @VeX ), Worker-employee ( @SILIKONDY ), TMH Technician ( Me ) ~[RP Scenario:]~(green) ~[The Vehicle Service]~(white) Mechanic Elektrik was the only worker left in The Motor Heads garage to work overtime. He didn't have a lot of work to do but it's still worth mentioning. After all of his colleagues left the garage, mechanic Elektrik went on to inspect organization's Audi beacuse his boss has mentioned to him that there were some problems with it. Mechanic remembered that and quickly checked it to make sure its ready for any services they would need the following days. The only problem he had to fix was low tire pressure beacuse that was the only icon on dashboard. Elektrik quickly grabbed tire pressure gauge to messure the existing pressure. It wasn't that bad but he still wanted the car to be in top condition so he grabbed an air pump and inflated the tires up to the recommended tire pressure. In few minutes it was done and could be crossed out on to do list that mechanic Elektrik had. The only thing he had to do now before being free to go home was meet with two workers at Hunter Quarry. But before everything mechanic still had some time left and he decided to visit his favorite shop, The King's Ring and grab a donut and some coffee for himself. After his own little break the mechanic got back in the car and headed to the meeting place. Elektrik has arrived to the place, him and two other workers greeted each other and got right to the job. They explained the mechanic what needs to be done and what seemed to him like a lot of job wasn't no where near that. The workers showed mechanic Elektrik around a bit and told him everything he needs to know. They told him what vehicles needed to have a quick inspection and when they need them back. Mechanic Elektrik had 3 vehicles to check and he had a deadline of two days! All of the vehicles were still in driving condition and road legal so instead of us wasting more time and resources the workers drove them to The Motor Heads garage beacuse it wasn't a long route. The first day they decided to stay for some time at the garage and talk with each other beacuse they didn't have a lot of job to do either. After Elektrik finished up the quick inspection on first vehicle out of three and it showed that nothing is wrong with it, him and the two workers went to a smoke break. Few minutes later the break was done and workers needed to go back to Hunter Quarry, Elektrik escorted them and got back to job. Second vehicle that he had to inspect was another dozer just like the first one. The second dozer had caterpillar wheels that needed some fixing due to them being too used. Another problem that appeared with the vehicle was it needed blade lift cylinder replacement. Last thing that needed to be replaced on it was the sprocket beacuse it was damaged while the vehicle was operating. Even though it wasn't the worst day of Elektrik's working experience it still made him tired and he decided to go home and call it a day. He still one entire day until the deadline so it was the best for him to finish it up tomorrow. The next day came and it was time for Elektrik to go and inspect the last vehicle which ended up being a dumper truck. That's where the first and only problem appeared for the mechanic. He didn't have much experience in how to inspect dumper trucks and find if there is any malfunctions. Lucky for him another mechanic was present in the garage that day and he decided to help him. After another mechanic looked at the dumper truck he noticed that tailgate lever wasn't functioning properly. They replaced it and were officialy done with all three vehicles 4 hours before the deadline. So the only thing that was left to do was wait those 4 hours until workers come back for their machines. Elektrik and another mechanic went up to office to finish paperwork and write a report of everything that was changed and bought for the inspection. After some time a telephone rang and it was the workers. "We came a bit early", they said. "That doesn't bother me", replied Elektrik, moreover he was happy that they came early beacuse as soon they would come Elektrik would be free to go back home. After them talking a bit about what was changed and Elektrik telling them that their machines will work flawlessly now he could see slight smile on their faces. To wrap up the deal one of the workers paid to mechanic Elektrik the price they agreed on and they drove their vehicles back to Hunter Quarry where they tested the vehicles as soon they arrived. ~[ScreenShot(s):]~(green) ::: :::

Today was one of his favorite days in The Motor Heads Garage. While chilling at TMH HeadQuarters doing some paperworks and getting things done on computer Mechanic Elektrik received a phone call from his childhood friend. They used to talk about their dream jobs and how they would be the happiest kids ever if their wishes would come true. Little did they know that's exactly what was going to happen. Long story short, Elektrik wanted to become mechanic since he was a little boy. His father was the one who inspired him. He was one of the most famous mechanics in the San Andreas back in the days. Working with politicians, civilians, police, mafia or any kind of other criminal organizations it didn't matter to him. He has never been a picky person who would help only the rich ones, instead he was doing this job with love and the most dedication. Going all the way from smallest repairs on cars to making custom and unique additions for secret cars that were used in all kinds of operations is what made him what he was back in those days. That's where Mechanic Elektrik was able to help already mentioned childhood friend of his. Meanwhile on the entire different side his childhood friend always dreamt about being movie producer for some of the most world famous networks. Ever since he finished school he was grinding to get to the top and his efforts definitely paid off. The reason why Mechanic Elektrik and his childhood friend talked over the phone in first place was beacuse his friend, the movie producer, needed the most exotic, expensive and good looking vehicle for his newest movie that was in making. Mechanic Elektrik was so interested to hear more about the project that he immediately told his friend to meet him in local bar in Bone County. And that's exactly what happened, as soon they were free they went to bar to discuss the situation. They grabbed beers and sat down. His friend told him that is should be looking like something out of this world, creation that would get everyone exicted. Mechanic Elektrik knew exactly what his friend was talking about and he already started making up ideas in his head. They stayed at the bar for some time, drank few more beers and played billiard. After saying their goodbyes the next day his childhood friend came over to The Motor Heads HeadQuarters where Mechanic Elektrik had some blueprints and ideas ready to show his friend. They didn't waste any time, his friend picked one idea that he thought would be the best. It surely wasn't an easy task for Elektrik but he promised his friend that he would do it with no problems, he also wanted to make his father proud to show him how he taught him. Two of them went down to garage and carefully chose the best parts and colors that would fit the vehicle description. After everything from his friend's side was done he headed back to his work of producing the new movie and left Mechanic Elektrik to do his masterpiece in peace. After few arduous hours of constantly working Elektrik decided to take a small break for himself. He grabbed a beer and light up cigarette to relax a bit. After his break he got back to work and in couple of hours his friend's project was completed. As soon it was done he called his friend to take a look at it and take it to the place of recordings. His friend as soon heard those great news rushed over to The Motor Heads Garage to look at the beauty that Mechanic Elektrik has created. And he was more than happy with the result. He immediately called a tow truck to transport that beautiful piece of machine and get it ready to appear in his movie. After talking a bit in the garage Elektrik's friend paid the necessary amount that it costed to create that beast but Mechanic Elektrik gave him a discount since they were childhood friends. His friend told him to come to the movie premiere where all famous people would be and he would recommend him to them in case they need anything mechanic related. Going from the beginning...Four mechanics that were on duty during that day were TaJ who was group leader of the shift and three workers, Moha, Veneno and Me (Elektrik). Every day until now we had same and normal routine of nothing being too stressful. First we would meet at office and discuss company situation...checking if every bill is paid and all customers have their appointment scheduled. That day we had two very known personalities coming to our garage to wrap their cars and one interview for mechanic job. So we went and prepared everything, first customer wanted to wrap their BMW in Lime while second customer had a G Class Mercedes Benz and wanted Marble wrap on their car with chrome wheels of the highest quality that we can offer. Moha, Veneno and Me went down to our garage to prepare tools needed to do both of the wraps while TaJ stayed in office and did some more phone calls. Tools that we needed were heat gun, squeegee, cutting blade, cutting tape, measuring tape, gloves and infrared thermometer. We got all the tools ready on our working table and still had 2 hours left until it was time for our first customer to come. Having so much time left and nothing to do we decided to grab coffee from machine and smoke few cigarettes. During our unexpected break we received a call from Police Sheriff of Bone County. As soon we realized Police is calling us it had to be something serious. Everything the Police man told us was to come as fast as possible with two Towtrucks just before San Fierro bridge. We got in our towtrucks and in 4 minutes we were there. After arriving we noticed two crashed cars a BMW and Ferrari, just at the curve of the bridge. With no hesitation we rushed there to check cars of injured owners and made sure they're turned off and that there is nothing dangerous leaking out of them as oil or fuel. While we were securing cars medic was checking injured civilians and police man blocked the road so we can clean up scene of accident as fast as possible. We put damaged parts that broke off of the cars in a trailer and connected cables to cars to tow them away to our garage. Medic rushed two injured civilians to Bone County Hospital for immediate health care. As soon we arrived to our garage at The Big Ear, Sheriff called us again and told us that after we repair both of the cars Bone County Police Department will have to impound them due to them having suspicion of being connected to illegal activities in nearby of Bone County. We got right on the job...begun firstly with BMW. After quick inspection of the engine we noticed that it wasn't too damaged and needed only few parts completely changed. Interior was relatively intact so we didn't have much work with it. Back to the outside we had to replace two out of four wheels with rims. All four doors had to be replaced along with front & rear bumper and hood. Repairs of both cars took entire day. Over at Ferrari side was the same amount of work needed if not more. Ferrari had bumpers in relatively better shape but they still needed to be replaced. It went same for the doors, both drivers and co-drivers door needed to be replaced. Engine cover had to be taken off and replaced with completely new one. Thankfully all the parts for both cars were shipped to us the same day so we finished it faster than we even thought. After many arduous hours of work in our garage we were done with them and they were driveable. We immediately took them to Bone County Police Department so they can do their job and inspect everything and discover if they in fact were connected to the illegal activities. After doing that our job within the garage and among cars was done. Everything that was left for us to do was fill out paperwork and that's it! And that's exactly what we went to do after arriving back to our base. Another 20 to 30 minutes of typing on computer we were done with everything. Like every good worker we went back quickly to garage and cleaned it up a bit, swept the floor and stored tools back in toolbox. Then our job was finally done and after few minutes of us talking to each other about the adventure we had to experience that day we left to our homes waiting for a new day to start. ~[ScreenShot(s):]~(green) ::: :::
