If you want to be a criminal why not spawn as one?

Or even more practical, an app for viewing and purchasing advertising. This way there can be two types of ads; one for a lower price which does not show an alert on the message board and for people to see it they must open the app, and one for a higher price which shows an alert and in the app with a different tab or something

I don't see a real reason for this other than criminals having an easier way to escape, which is not needed

Another suggestion: have the current ambulance model fixed/tweaked(siren lights, unaligned wheels) as well, or replacing it with a more modern one.

In my opinion, all fuel tanks should be slightly lowered and fuel economy more balanced. Most standard cars/vans/pick-ups in real life only have a 18-25gal fuel tank, which is about 68-95L. Understandably, fuel economy isn't exactly representative in SAES; this means, I believe, that the value(s) used to determine how many litres per kilometer an hour isn't factual to engine load but to distance traveled. In the delivery man case, perhaps a feature could be added as whoever is spawned as delivery man and is using one of the company vehicles while on a route will not have to pay for fuel out of their own pocket.

Roleplay #1 Participants: @ZipWyatt @Ghost722nd Description: I had received a call concerning the victim of a vehicle collision, immediately rushing to their aid in Bone County. When I arrived, the scene consisted of a singular vehicle that had collided into a tree. The driver of the vehicle had been run off the road by another driver and had hit the tree while trying to regain control. It appeared as though he removed himself from the vehicle, as he was laying on the ground nearby with the driver door open. He had been screaming in pain and yelling about discomfort in his legs. Upon further inspection it appeared both his legs were either fractured or broken and he suffered from a minor concussion. I administered a small dosage of morphine to ease his pain and then placed both of his legs in splints to prevent from further movement. After obtaining his pulse and blood pressure, I placed him on a stretcher and into the ambulance. We had then drove to the nearest hospital, where inside I prepared him for the doctor. The patient at one point had fallen unconscious for about a minute as expected, it is common for many victims of serious injury to fall faint from the severe pain.
