You are not allowed to spawn as a dog and roam around without a handler.
Roleplaying is mandatory when using the dog spawn.
As a dog, you can communicate only through private chats.
You must always remain near your handler.
Briefly explain the following rules in your own words:
Rule number 4: Always give the suspect you're chasing an option to surrender. As a procop you are obliged to give out 2 warnings, with the second being the final one.
Rule number 5: Avoid spamming PC binds. Allow the suspect enough time to respond before using another bind.
Rule number 7: After being invited to PC, you are on a two-week probation during which you must use the |PC* tag in your name.
Rule number 9: Upon joining PC, you must log your membership in the PC private forums as proof.
