Hiii... heres my little opinion on this topic, correct me if im wrong.... I agree that blips can be viewed at any time, but on the other hand developers should of course pay attention to which blips need to be enabled... Example : Official Squad can only see BLIP members, just like SWAT can see FBI, SAFP, and others. they can't see ordinary Police like State Police, Prison Warden, Police and others, but Ordinary Police can see their parts like State Police, Prison Warden, Police and others... like group system Same goes for Official Gangs and Criminal... but for Official Gangs and Criminal this MUST add coding to the system (/WAR or /ASISST), which if the command is inactive they can see each other's BLIP, and if the command is active, then they can't meet each other like BLIP now, this can be a solution to avoid flanking, or other activities that your rivals don't want this might be a reference for developers to consider...
