Just want to point that there are 100 OFFICAL GANG MEMBERS, they spawn with guns and are armed 99% of the time. Not only that but that image is just showing the amount of gang members, there are probably 20-30 criminals.

Why would you like to join our company?: Ive always been interested in trucking and delivering items to locations. Ive also wanted to contribute to society and I believe by working for GXT that would fulfill what I want.

Can you offer anything special to the company?: I can offer great activity on a daily basis. Showing a good attitude and respect to all GXT members and non GXT members. Present the Company in a good way and offer good customer service.

Which division do you prefer? Trucking or Mechanical? (State the reason as well): Trucking, like Ive stated in the previous question, Ive been interested in trucking.

Your strengths/weaknesses: Decent driver, previous experience in trucking / This does not happen very often but if I get impatient I make bad decisions on the road.

What do you do if someone insults you in main chat?: In all honesty depends, If its a friend of mine just messing around with me I would probably insult the friend back but I wont take it too far. If it was meant in a toxic way I would ignore it.

What do you do if someone deathmatches you?: Take evidence of the incident either a screenshot or video proof, depends on the situation and then report the individual.

Why you think you would be suitable for the role:

I can offer a lot of my abilities to help out players that need assistance with housing. One of my abilities is that I always keep a cool temper and try to have good communication with the player that needs the assistance. Ill always be on my best behaviour to present SAHA as a good Agency to work with and also encourage others to join it. Ive the passion and the motivation for this job which would make it suitable for me. Motivation is a key as motivated employees can lead to increased productivity and allow an organisation to achieve higher levels of output. I can ensure that I'll keep a good activity and If I've have to go inactive for a period of time I'll tell the management. Working for the San Andreas Housing Agency would make me feel better as a person. SAES RPG gave me a lot of fun and good player experience and I would like to return the favor by supporting the SAES community. I would be able to help out people with any housing issues for example, if they find an inactive property, an icon request or if they've a property that they can't sell. I want to make San Andreas a better and an easier place to live in.

I've done this while MTA is closed. I've also tried to use the IMG tool but whenever I try to extract the sniper.txd file this happens.

I don't know why this is happening. It could be because I've GTA SA on Steam, but I'm not sure. If you know how to deal with this please reply.
