    Since ETF moved to LV it is time for me to say goodbye to the property we have been in from the start.


    The property is a fine business with 32K income.
    It is located at LS beach and looks absolutely astonishing at night!
    The business is perfect for a base up till level 3 minimum.


    the starting bid will only be 10M!
    The minimum bid increase is 1M
    Buyout price will be 100M
