Applicants skills An applicant should be an experienced and well-rounded individual. In most circumstances we value FBI applicants with a history in law enforcement, such as those who hold a ProCop diploma. An applicant must have a strong understanding of the English language. An applicant must play an active role within the law enforcement community. An applicant must be a reputable citizen with no previous history of misconduct.
