Your strengths: The first strength that I'd like to highlight is one that I consider to be my favorite and most necessary. The leadership skills I've developed over the years which needed other skills in order to be acquired. Leading a gang and watching it grow and succeed for over a year has been an unforgettable journey. Achieving such success was not solely dependent on one element but rather on a cohesive strategy that includes several critical factors such as clear communication channels within the gang, delegation, accountability, trust-building, resolution of conflicts, adaptation, and the endless learning from mistakes. I encouraged the exchange of ideas, concerns, and comments by maintaining open lines of contact and prioritized active listening, creating an atmosphere in which every member felt heard and respected. Accountability is a must. I take responsibility for the results achieved by members after assigning them tasks appropriately, I don't look for someone to blame, pointing fingers solves nothing, rather to achieve success, I look at where I can improve upon the next time. Delegation was used to encourage the sense of ownership and personal improvements and to increase members confidence and dedication to the gang's success by entrusting them with valuable assignments. Resolution of conflicts were a must have skill because It's inevitable that conflicts happens within the gang due to each individual coming from a different background and having a certain beliefs which is why I made sure to address conflicts directly, encouraging open and courteous discussion to maintain a positive team environment and ensured that individual issues did not impede overall success. patience and fairness allowed me to handle each situation with care and impartialness, ensuring that each player feels heard and understood and most importantly not judged because I can approach issues objectively and make unbiased decisions. Last but not least, is my strive for continuous learning. I focus on embracing change as an opportunity for growth by remaining open to new ideas and perspectives. Your weaknesses: Regarding matters of personal challenges I would like to shed light on my encounter with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and it's influence on me. While I used to perceive it as a weakness. I now recognize how much room there is for growth and understanding through this experience. Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is a mental health disease defined by excessive concern, typically about everyday situations or events, combined with my other challenge which is perfectionism. it can be quite the spectacle. These qualities can assist me in producing high-quality work, but they can also cause me to take longer than necessary to finish particular jobs or projects. And, as I previously stated, I actively seek opinions to assist me in overcoming this propensity rather than constantly striving for perfection.
