    2. COMPANY QUESTIONS


    Why would you like to join our company?: personally i think that GXT is a professional company that has some skilled & friendly members and i would like to be a part of it.
    Can you offer anything special to the company?: i don't know if i'll be able offer something 'special' to the company but i believe that i can offer many things such as my activity, as i'm very active on the server also leading and communication skills also i believe that i'm enough mature and a very trusted player so you can rely on me and i'm caution, which means i think twice before doing anything so i can make the wisest decision.
    Which division do you prefer? Trucking or Mechanical? (State the reason as well): i prefer trucking cause i used to do a lot of truck devilries when i first started playing on SAES and i think that it's fun.


    3. GENERAL KNOWLEDGE


    Your strengths/weaknesses: to be honest, i'm a person that can't identify his own strengths but as i stated above i really believe that i am mature, patient, and a kind person also i'm good at leading & communication.
    my biggest weakness is that i'm dealing with generalized anxiety disorder that makes me worry about everything and overthink a lot.
    What does roleplay stand for?: it's to act out or perform the part of a person or character or in a few words, it's to act like you're in real life.
    Do you have any experience in roleplaying?: yes
    Are you capable of obeying orders?: yes
    What do you do if someone insults you in main chat?: just ignore him
    What do you do if someone deathmatches you?: i'd tell him that it's not allowed but if he continues on doing it i'll report him

    Me my self i have no concern about this cause i don't really talk that much anyways but i think this will be great idea for the community but as Kim said it can be abused so bad so if they make it with proper rules then i think it will be a great feature for saes as it will make the game experience much better for a lot of people and also u can still mute everyone from the settings.

    Correct, we get no money for stopping a BR. The first cop does get money in a PBR for touching safes.



    apparently money from arrest doesnt count?


    as for the suggestion, the only people who should be getting money from the criminal side should be the gang that is robbing, the rest of the criminals should only get money if they kill a cop (something like 10k per kill or whatever) if you are a criminal you can just go afk in the bank and be useless and get money for it, while the ones who actually defend get nothing



    Cant agree more, give the money to people who deserve it not the ones who rush to safes room waiting for some cash without any effort



    everyone deserves it if u think about it because the gang that's robbing will kill u if they see that you're not defending anyways

    How long you have been playing SAES: i started playing late 2012 with another account but after 2 or 3 years of inactivity caused by family problems and school i forgot my login credentials so i created a new one which is this one i'm using now.
    Qualities you can offer: I am enough mature and a very trusted player which means you can rely on me with anything and be sure that ill do it right also im really good at leading and communication and ive been on the server for long enough, so i have a great knowledge overall to know how to help the community and im caution which means i think more than once before doing anything in order for me to make the wisest decision. Also SAES is actually more than just entertainment tool for me, i spent most of my childhood on it and believe it or not, SAES taught me the english basics even before i studied it also it made me learn a lot of things and i really want to help the community and make the server a better place.
    Your weaknesses: my biggest weakness is that i'm dealing with generalized anxiety disorder that makes me worry about everything and overthink a lot and as a result i get headaches and sleeping difficulties.

    Reason for application: Some people are craving for the CS power but for me it's completely the opposite, as i stated above i'm really interested in helping the community and i would like to pass my knowledge to the new coming payers.

    Previous (legitimate) punishments on the server: few admin jails
    Previous (legitimate) bans: I've been banned back in 2017 twice:



    • The first time was because me and my brother used the same pc to play SAES and that caused for the admins to think that i'm using multiple accounts

    • The second is because when we sorted the first ban we began using the same account and one time he DMed someone and it got the account banned. (he is no longer using the account with me)
