While riding down LV-X there was a man who was driving a green NRG with an all orange jumpsuit on. When I stopped the man,and asked why he had on the jumpsuit,he said that it was just an outfit and he had nothing to do with the jailbreak that occured. I began pursuing the blur,it appeared to be a middle aged man driving a go kart. I pulled him over and asked him why he was driving at such high speeds,he couldnt give me a good reason and began to ramble,I asked the driver was he intoxicated,and from the shadows 2 other armed men appeared,for my own safety,I let the driver go with a warning since my partner was still in the bathroom.
