Story+Screenshots: I used to work in a car stereo shop. We had a reputation for electrical work, mechanics in the area would often refer tricky stuff to us because we were the only ones who had the equipment and knowledge to figure it out.
One day we received a call saying that they were referring a customer to us with questions about a GPS tracker.
After a short discussion, it became clear that the customer was trying to find out if a tracker had been somehow installed in her car. Apparently, her crazy ex had been stalking her all over town just happening to appear wherever she was, even at places where he should have had no idea that she was even there.
I had never seen someone look so scared, she was pale as a ghost and her voice shook when she spoke. She was so terrified that she was literally looking over her shoulder every few seconds and speaking in whispers.

I gave a cursory inspection at the easy spots in the parking lot. There was nothing under the wheel, nothing on the roof or under the chassis, nothing in the engine compartment, and nothing under or in the seats. There was no factory GPS, no On-Star, nothing that would track her.
I told her that I didnt see anything in the typical spots, but if he had somehow managed to have access to her vehicle for a good block of time, then God knows where it could be.
I told her that I would have to do a shop charge to go deeper. For $75 an hour, wed look anywhere and for as long as she wanted.

    alt text

She paid for two hours of the inspection without blinking. We took the whole dash apart, dropped the headliner, pulled a bunch of interior panels, flashlight and mirrored the chassis, and generally tore the thing apart. We couldnt find a single wire out of place anywhere. The whole thing looked totally stock and untouched. (After a while in the industry, you can tell if youre the first to remove a panel.)
I handed her the keys and reviewed what we did and where we looked as I walked her back to her car. She looked so relieved to finally know there was nothing on her vehicle.
Then, her ex drove by our lot, staring her down. He wasnt even subtle, he was practically hanging out the window, staring at her like a hawk stares at a fat mouse.
That was my holy-s*** moment, watching this guy blatantly cruise past our business. Im a big guy, and he didnt even spare me a glance.
She just burst into tears, practically diving behind me to hide. One of my coworkers came sprinting over to us and said that that vehicle had cruised past three times already, and this was his fourth pass in the two hours we had been stripping her car practically down to the paint.

    alt text

I walked her back into the store. I told her that we knew it wasnt in her car, but that I wanted to check something that might help her. I asked to look at her phone.
Sure enough, location services were on and had geotagged at our store on Facebook. In fact, it had geotagged everywhere shed seen him. She had him blocked from all her social media in moments and turned the location services off for good measure. We moved her vehicle out of sight from the road and called the police. We didnt want her leaving without some proper actions taken or without a police vehicle on-site to make sure she got away without him coming by again.

    alt text

From there, we helped her get a restraining order filed against him, and she was able to leave safely.

Story+Screenshots: I used to work as a service writer at a shop owned by a department store that you mainly see out in front of malls. Had a woman in her early forties come in complaining of a severe vibration and clunking coming from the front of her car. During the walk around I noticed that her driver's side front wheel was a full-size spare, only being held on by ONE lug nut, and was missing 3 of the five studs. I asked her about it and she told me that she'd had a flat 2 months earlier on that wheel and that her son had changed it for her. I told her that this was most likely her problem, but that it would need to be addressed even if there was something else causing the vibration. I asked her if she wanted the flat repaired while were at it and she said "sure."

    alt text

The tech took it from there, came back and told me that 3 of the studs were sheared off at the outside of the wheel and the only one with a nut was cross-threaded and would need to be replaced as well. On top of that the lower ball joint was shot, probably contributing to the problem. The flat tire was nowhere to be found in the car.

We did a full evaluation of the car and there were a few other issues, but nothing that would render the car undrivable. It was company policy to bring all known issues to the customer's attention and provide them with a rundown of the associated costs. I went through everything with the woman, who had waited patiently at the garage, explaining VERY clear that the 4 lug nuts absolutely needed to be replaced, the ball joint should be addressed, everything else should be taken care of as soon as possible.

Completely straight-faced, she looks me dead in the eye and asks "So when do you think I'll have to fix it?" I'm sure my face showed a mixture of horror and confusion at this question, but I calmly replied "Today. Now." I explained that the car could not be driven and that I couldn't even take it off the lift in its current state. So she goes outside and talks to someone on her phone for a minute, comes back in and says that she wants to take the car, that her son will fix it, and that we're trying to rip her off with all the extra crap I was trying to sell her.' I tell her again that we don't need to do anything but the studs, but that she can't drive it like it is. She gets pissed, I get the manager, he tells her the same thing. She starts freaking out, saying it's her property, blah blah blah.

    alt text

Now the manager was from some northern state where they have inspections and can hold your car or make you have it towed if it is not roadworthy. However, this isn't the case in San Fierro, so he gets the cops on the phone and they tell him to release the car. He warns her that there's a good chance that the wheel will fall off if she tries to drive it and offers to call a tow truck for her. She keeps going on about how we get kickbacks from the towing company or some shit and demands her keys. We take it off the lift, and the manager hands her the keys with a final warning that she shouldn't drive the car.

    alt text

She hops in and flips us the bird as she drives away. As she makes the right turn into the mall parking lot, the wheel decides enough is enough and goes rolling on its merry way without her. She even had the nerve to come back and ask for our help, which was met with a hearty chuckle. We called loss prevention and they had a wrecker come out and take the car away.

Story+Screenshots: Ive always loved old machinery, especially old cars and bikes. Since I enjoy wrenching, Ive opened up a shop of my own. I cater mostly to old bikes, the type of thing people usually cant find a shop willing to work on. They can also be difficult to find parts for. One day, a guy with a cane limps into my place. He explains how he just bought an old bike and it needs work.

He says he doesnt have much money and is hoping we can work out some kind of trade. Hes got two old bikes at his home that hes willing to put up as payment if Ill fix the one he just bought. He says that he got it for his young sons birthday, and the kid just cant wait to go for a ride on it.

My stupid heart of gold takes over and before I know it Ive agreed, pending a look at his trade. I follow him out to his house and find two bikes in pretty sorry shape. The first one is absolute scrap, as in not a single usable part. He is a bit delusional, telling me how itd be worth a fortune to a collector if it was all fixed up. I didn't want to burst this guys bubble by saying that Im a collector, and examples of that model, even in mint condition, cant even be given away. The second machine isnt as bad, and I decide I can probably flip it or sell a few parts from it and make my money back. We shake on it.

    alt text

Thats when he drops the first surprise on me. He doesnt have a truck or trailer, and the bike he just bought is still at the sellers house. Since it is on my way home, I agree to pick it up there and then bring it back to his home after repairs are complete. Roughly two hours later, I am home with his bike and have just begun gathering parts. I havent turned a single wrench on it when the phone rings. Its the guy, and he wants to know if I am done yet! I've told him nope, just getting started. Itll be probably four hours before Im finished.

    alt text

He reiterates that his kid cant wait to go riding. I told him that I knew about it and that Ill call him as soon as its done. A half-hour goes by and the phone rings again. Its him again, wanting a progress report. By now Im starting to lose patience a little. Most shops have a week to two-week lead time, so the fact that I am getting on his job ASAP is a rare phenomenon in itself. I cant believe how impatient he is. Once again I've told him that Ill call as soon as its done and that every time I have to answer the phone, the repair takes longer.

He waits maybe 45 minutes and then calls again with the same question. I try to break it down as simply as I can. Every time I have to drop what Im doing and answer the phone, I lose my place and have to start all over again. Its far more efficient if he just lets me call him when Im done.

As Im tightening the last bolt, he calls again. This time I answer and tell him Im just finishing up and that since I worked through dinner, Im going to eat something quick, and then Ill be right out with it.

    alt text

He has the gall to sound disappointed like I should just bring the bike out immediately and eat something on my own time! By now Im anxious to drop it off, gather my payment, and put this one behind me. After this, no more sympathy deals! A half-hour later I arrive at his house. His kid is going absolutely ballistic, so that makes me feel a little better and eases some of the tension. While the kid buzzes around on the bike, I've told his dad that Im ready to pack up the two bikes we agreed on and head home.

He looks at me like Ive got two heads and says, Two bikes? I tell him, Yes, like we shook on. He tells me I must have gotten confused, and that the deal was only for one bike, and guess which one? Yup, the absolute junk one. I level with him and told him that its not worth anything to me, or anyone else. Ill be losing if I take it as payment. I want the two that we agreed on.

    alt text

He keeps trying to backpedal, telling me how itll be worth so much money when its all fixed up. I tell him, rather heatedly, that hes not honoring our agreement. I've told him that I've made a special exception and agreed to a trade with him, went and picked up his bike, fixed it with him looking over my shoulder the entire time, and then dropped it off at his house, and now hes trying to screw me?

He seems uncomfortable, but just keeps repeating the whole worth a ton when fixed up thing. I say, So, your word is worth nothing? Is that what you want to teach your kid? That you can lie to people and never face consequences? I tell him to keep the piece of junk if he thinks its worth so much and to never come near my property again.

I know its immature, but for a long time after, every time I pass by his house and see him in the yard, I honk and give him the single-finger salute, just as a token of my appreciation!

Story+Screenshots: It was Wednesday midnight, as usual, I went on my way to open the garage to start my night shift and finish some undone work. Once I arrived, I got a call from a customer from Los Inkas, we made a good impression to each other after the last project we have done for his gang. Ever since that moment, everyone wants our service. But yet, I wasnt used to this. I had a little chat with the customer and asked him what the problem was. He told me he was having trouble with his engine, it didnt start properly. It was a race car, I didnt expect less.

    alt text

I decided to take a look, and ASAP as I opened the hood, a big cloud of smoke came out. I wasnt surprised that his engine wasnt starting, I was surprised it was starting at all. I told him the bad news and decided to replace the engine. I had to replace almost everything, so this wasnt going to be cheap. He agreed, and I started my work.

    alt text

Hours past, I wasnt even sure if it was still night. But eventually, I finished the job with the assistance of my fellow colleague. I returned a call to the customer and told him everything was ready. A quarter of an hour later, he arrived. We tested the engine, and it was functioning perfectly. We had a quick ride, and once returned to the garage the customer was very pleased with our work. I gave him my number and told him he could call me whenever he needed help with his cars. He paid us, and we split our way.

    INKAS
In 1980, a small part of the population established in provinces in Peru rose against their authorities causing various riots and terrorist attacks. It is here that the Shining Path organization, better known as the Militarized Communist Party of Peru, emerged with the purpose of replacing the Peruvian institutions, which they consider bourgeois, by a communist peasant revolutionary regime, presumably starting through the Maoist concept of the New Democracy. This purpose spread rapidly since Peru has always been a centralist state and has not paid much attention to the needs of provincial people, leaving them without many basic services, such as water, electricity, and education.
    alt text
By 1986, during the arrival of terrorism in the capital Lima, Pedro Pablo Nakada and Alexander Manuel had the opportunity to meet a high-ranking guerrilla with a light trail at the age of 16, these 2 children had to go through the toughest tests, how to leave his family and turn his back on life from such a young age, Carlos Guzmn took them to the battlefield, to the conflict zone, where they participated in different attacks such as the detonation of car bombs in places with a high concentration of pedestrians, murders of military and law enforcement officers, robberies of giant supermarket chains, among other activities of the underworld.
    alt text
1987 was the year that everything changed, his colleague Rulli Gonzales introduced them to the business of international drug trade through customs bribes in the port of Callao. Thanks to this Shining Path he was able to supply his soldiers with the basic products and with heavy weapons to continue the fight for control of Peru, it was there that they began to make contact with Cuba, a communist power that quickly became interested in events of Peru, to gain ground by spreading communist ideology to other Latin American communities. In 1990 everything was going better than ever, little by little they managed to seize power and each time it was difficult for police forces to contain the riots and attacks.
    alt text
The 3 friends already consolidated as great comrades of the Shining Path and with a drug export business to different countries such as Colombia, Venezuela, and Cuba, had the great idea to expand, to reach the highest of the great economic power, the United States. By 1991, with the creation of self-defense committees and paramilitary groups that did not distinguish between a civilian and terrorist, the power of the Shining Path began to decline, as with all empires they always have to fall since there is nothing that lasts forever. As a last resort, remnants of this organization requested political asylum in Cuba, there are 3 leaders fought not to lose their business and maintain their influence among the different communities of Havana and achieve the American dream in the future. In a boat looking at what could be the best opportunity of their lives, they arrived in the state of Red County for 1997.
    alt text
With a low profile and new identities, they began to make the efforts to build their own empire. For personal reasons Carlos moved away from the project, but we still had the opportunity to meet other illegal Latino immigrants to gain strength and establish ourselves.
A boy of the age of Pedro and Alexander but with an incomparable potential and convincing power, such as the leader of the Shining Path. We decided to give him a position of high responsibility as Leader, with faith that he could help us to have a great time like in Peru. We could not be more wrong, at the end of 2006 we gave him a lot of money to buy large snow merchandise. We never saw him again after that unfortunate event, we only know that they found his body in a pit for Stolen Land, he was totally destroyed, apparently, some feds were following each of our steps. With the fall of our Leader, little by little we were losing strength, members, influence, at that moment we realized that everything would come to an end and that we could not do anything to fix it. Years passed, each one went by his side of the other, some chose his family and others simply decided to do work for another organization. It was at that moment that Carlos returned and saw that the empire that he once started was left. By 2018, Carlos gathered his former comrades Pedro and Alexander and they began to rebuild the project with a revelation date for December 24, 2019.

    ^[alt text]

INKAS, more than a word is a way of acting, a tribute to the empire that once reigned over Latin America, in addition to the terrorist group that dominated Peru during the 90s, putting the government of that time in check and that currently as a thought has left mark on some areas of America. Now in Red County, there is no distinction, those who respect and put into practice our way of thinking are invited to our family and community. Our activities are very varied but the most important are Drug Trafficking, armed robberies, jailbreaks, commissioned killings, and influence peddling.

^[Below you can find Los Inkas regulations and policies. Breaking any of those may accord in either a warning or - in specific cases - in an immediate kick out of Los Inkas, those rules should be common to every member of the Gang - no matter if higher- or lower-ranked, those rules concern EVERYONE!]

    • We appreciate players who are able to follow rules, thats why you should read and try to follow SAES rules ( F1 ).

    • Don't insult, argue, spam or talk about rulebreaking in Main or Team chat. Remember this is only a game, don't take stuff too serious, if someone is provoking you just tell him to shut the fuck up, easy as that. No need to argue over in the main chat. Or make a party and speak there.

    • Mainly in our Gang, there are higher ranks when you join, listen to what they have to say, obey their orders and dont be annoying

    • Respect admins/staff members and obey their orders.

    • You are always allowed to spawn as a policeman while being a part of Los Inkas, just put Cop.Nickname while playing as a cop. Dont bust your gangmates or our allied organizations.

    • Asking for promotion is the best way to get a demotion.

    • Be mature, act mature, and behave nicely with the community players.

    • RP in every situation you can. You are not obliged to roleplay with anyone if you are busy, but it would be nice to do at least some roleplays when you are free.

    ^[alt text]

    ^[Recruitment status: ~[CLOSED]~(red)]

    ^[alt text]

    Requirements:

    • Must be at least 15 years old.

    • Must be able to RP on your own way with other gangs/squads.

    • Must be patient, your answer will be given in the shortest time possible, being inpatient will result in denied.

    ^[alt text]

    Notes:

    • If you apply for Los Inkas and at the same time for another gang/squad/company, consider yourself denied and if that happens more than once, then dont even consider applying again for Los Inkas because youll be Blacklisted.

    • Try to write your own application because our HQ team will know if you copied anything from other applications.

    • If you get answered with pending or under review dont think that youre in, that means you need to hang out as much as you can and prove that you are worthy and that you have the quality to be a part of the family.

After applying, wait for an answer. The response will be given by any of the HQ's within the next few days, so don't bother us by asking for the answer. The possible answers are as follows:

~[ACCEPTED]~(lime) - If we answer your application with this, that means that we found your application good enough for giving you a chance to join Los Inkas. But this answer doesnt mean you will get an instant invite, you will have to do a talk with the HQ Team so we can confirm that you didnt copy the application or that somebody else wrote it for you. Its a small test with a few questions.

~[PENDING]~(orange) - If we answer your application with this, that means your application was kind of good but still you should spend more time with Los Inkas members. Also, that doesnt mean only HQs, feel free to ask any full member for hanging out. After some time, we will decide if you deserve a test and a chance. The test will consider driving, shooting, and a questionnaire. You need to pass all 3 parts to join us.

~[UNDER REVIEW]~(gray) - We are still not sure about you. Your application was neither good nor bad and we will take some time to get an answer for you. Be sure to keep hanging with Los Inkas members for this time.

~[DENIED]~(red) - Your application was bad and you didnt put enough effort into it. You can get permanent denied or just temporarily denied. With permanent deny, you wont have any chance to join us and you are blacklisted, dont even try to hang with us. If you get temporary deny, you can still hang with us and maybe an apply again after some time.
