    The current system is broken, let s suppose there s 12 cops online, 9 of them want to have fun and arrest crims in br and there s the other 3 which know the vulnerability in the system so they just spawn mechanic, ,medic or something else. The other 9 get automatically stucked because the ones which left are stupids, so the system hits both parts, crims and cops. where is the problem if a br start with people holding marker or not sorry? More BR starts more is the chance of arresting people and enjoy the gameplay. Its a crim vs cop server so why you want to prevent a br to happen ? That s my opinion
